The words were easy, but I was surprised to see that JUNKET hadn’t been used since 1979! For the answer, I tried a couple of three letter words before seeing TEE. The letters left took a couple of minutes for me to see DIOUS. Overall, a challenging puzzle.

Agree with everyone, it was a tough puzzle! I got it but it took half an hour and I was very close to giving up. I don’t like more vowels than consonants, and parenthesis answers can be a challenge.
