  1. Good Morning, Everyone…🟤 A DISC-QUALIFICATION🟤

    🎶”Olympic Fanfare & Theme”…🎶 – John Williams 1984  https://tinyurl.com/7nem84pa

🟤I doubt it’s OFTEN that this happens, it’s HARDLY ringing true,

A monkey WRENCH gets thrown into this guy’s personal milieu…

    A SWAMP-like feeling grasps him…he’s grappling with dismay…

His lucky disc is taken…and callously THROWN AWAY…🟤

And we’ve WON ourselves another WEIGH too easy, breezy puzzle to THROW us into a new week…

So…Today…A damaged Discus… https://tinyurl.com/bdck5afs and Discus THROW… https://tinyurl.com/3adth5vc  which has been part of Olympic competition since 1896…And an athlete having his lucky disc being THROWN AWAY for noncompliance…Let’s be honest here, Folks…it didn’t take but a minute to CHIP AWAY at this one…

Jeff’s💎Gems? The plastic recycling symbol on the bin…And maybe it’s just me, but there’s 2 things that seem a little FAR FLUNG, I mean FAR-fetched https://tinyurl.com/2ynu9ady to me…1- The man in the net…Who is that? Unless I’m missing something, isn’t he a little LONG in the tooth https://tinyurl.com/j6b4ekxv to be competing? …And 2 – That disc…It’s a lucky one for the athlete…I totally understand it being deemed unsuitable as far as Olympic practice and/or play goes, but did it have to be THROWN AWAY? Couldn’t he have kept it just for old time’s sake? If something was lucky for me, I think it’d be a DISCgrace if it was just TOSSED like that…and I’d go the DISTANCE to try and keep it…

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who thought he’d develop a new sport involving a ball, a discus, a shot put, and maybe javelins. He wanted to call it “Game of THROWNS”…But it never got off the ground…To hear him tell it, all the strenuous activity just made him want to HURL…🟤🙋🏻‍♀️

…And a special Shout Out to David…All new anagrams again today…👍🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤷🏻‍♂️With the WRENCH to his back still an issue, and finding himself sinking deeper into a SWAMP of unfinished work, HARDLY able to do much…it wasn’t OFTEN that he had an opportunity to get out…and he lamented how many good days were being THROWN AWAY…🤷🏻‍♂️

🤦🏻‍♂️ The hammer and the WRENCH missing…it’s HARDLY a good day,
His sinuses are acting up…and he can’t find his spray…
SWAMP-like is how he’s feeling, nothing is getting done,
Not OFTEN does he get time off…but work hasn’t begun
It’s looking like this DIY of his has gone astray…
And today has been a waste of time…the hours THROWN AWAY…🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. Hello Monday , start of a new week ! This one was really tricky , but fun ! The anagrams were all there except the first one ! How OFTEN does that happen ? But the rest were there ! The was tricky , but fun I got the word AWAY , and then I thought the disc wasn’t WORTH anything , but the letters that were left was just an N , so I looked at WORTH backwards and it was THROWN ! I got it ! Wow ! How fun ! Another classic song from the Olympic theme and another friend to put a smile on ! So let’s go Monday and have a good one !!!!!

  5. Back in the saddle this morning after a lackluster puzzle Sunday. THROWN came to me immediately and I spent a moment or two on finding a second word to fit, for a blind solve. Anagrams were not too pesky and Angela’s joke was funny. Have a great Monday. Terry

  6. Good morning. The words were a breeze but the cartoon took a little time to finally get. Until tomorrow take care.

  7. One of the easiest Jumbles I’ve ever seen, with a quick obvious solve of each anagram and an even quicker blind solve of the cartoon. Hope you’re feeling better, Angela, at the dawn of this week. Chuck.

  8. . Did not get thrown for a loop this morning – easy solve of both the anagrams and the cartoon. I’m really enjoying these Olympic themed puzzles. Happy Monday all! Betty
