Time for some tacos on this taco Tuesday ! All the anagrams made me GIDDY ! And I was wide awake and not SLEEPY ! I’m just being MODEST ! Cause the jumble was the greater of the HALFS ! As soon as I read Catch , I knew that something was FISHY ! So after I took those letters out , they SMELLED , just like his story ! Great follow up from yesterdays guest jumble to todays ! Everyone toast a taco to the guest jumble for today !

But if there was a sports team known as the Better Half team, its name would be Better Halfs, not Better Halves, just as the hockey team is not the Toronto Maple Leaves but the Toronto Maple Leafs. But this is a rare use of the s plural and it seems to only occur in sports team names.

My initial thought for the answer was “sounded fishy” but after doing the clue words, nope, I was fishing up the wrong creek.
