    ✍🏻 It started off as GOSSIP, but soon took a real turn,
    The writers spoke of picket lines, stalwart in their concern…
    The word EXPEL was bandied ‘round…security at risk,
    So they agreed that action need be taken…it was brisk…
    Things quickly became KNOTTY, their jobs they’d need to GUARD,
    They voted for a walk-out…and they gathered in the yard…
    Assurance they demanded that AI would not impose…
    And overtake their jobs…so en masse they did STRIKE A POSE…✍🏻

    Ok…Today we’re joining a group of protesters at a Picket Line.   3. 🤷🏻‍♀️They knew they’d need to STRIKE A POSE …or is it take a stand…when the GOSSIP surrounding the KNOTTY situation of whether or not to EXPEL the security GUARD heated up…🤷🏻‍♀️

    🤦🏻‍♀️The model felt she needed to be on her GUARD today,
    She felt a deep breath EXPEL…her nerves were on the fray…
    The GOSSIP she was hearing…made things seem KNOTTY more,
    She wished the shoot was over…and she’d just walk out the door
    Uncomfortable she’s feeling…and her nervousness just grows…
    And she tries to show composure as she’s called to STRIKE A POSE…🤦🏻‍♀️

  4. Good morning Monday ! Another great way to start a new jumble week ! The anagrams were all good and I must’ve got too over confident that I left my GUARD down , and that one took some rearranging the letters ! But I finished it , and the jumble , with the picketers first action is to strike and with a photojournalist it came to me to STRIKE A POSE ! Great Monday to start the week off ! And Angela , a very appropriate song by Madonna ! Have a great start of the week Monday !!!!

    But it happens when Folks go for broke…
    There’s demands to be met,
    And sometimes there’s regret…
    But it’s needed for some to “get woke”❌

    ⚖️ Unfair wages and other concerns,
    Are what brings things to take such a turn…
    Strength in numbers prevails,
    Issues can tip the scales…
    When deliberations become stern… ⚖️

    ✍🏻 These screenwriters are feeling the pinch,
    Both sides now so unwilling to flinch…
    Their demands not absurd,
    They of the “written word”…
    Are fed up with not getting an inch…✍🏻

    🤷🏻‍♀️Labor disputes…we’ve seen them before,
    One side feeling they def deserve more…
    And by going on strike,
    Will they then think alike?
    Maybe not…but oft times it’s called for…🤷🏻‍♀️

    🚷Job security, AI and pay,
    Are the issues needed to allay…
    So writers strike a pose,
    And as talking ongoes?
    Picket lines it’ll be day by day…🚷

  8. Thanks for a very informative story about AI and the Writer’s Strike. I was introduced to this subject awhile back when I read about college students having AI write various essays and term papers for their classes. And lo these many years ago…. I had to stay up until all hours of the night typing up mine !! On a portable Remington, to boot.

    It’s starting out to be a great Monday Puzzle day with a blind solve. Anagrams were speedily solved as a bonus. Another scorcher today so be careful with outdoor activities.

  10. My slump has continued into the new work week, despite having all the letters, and the last 2 words I couldn’t come up with the obvious ‘strike’ first word! I guess I might have to go on a strike from doing the Jumble! Help!
