    But her speaking of pennies and dimes surely did PROMPT the young boy to say…
    “I’m not sizing this up, though I’m trying…comes to money I’m just all a QUAKE,
    It’s confusing and need I be worried, that it will AFFECT me…make or break”?
    But his brother tells him “Just don’t sweat it, ‘cause it’s looking like push come to shove…
    These coins may end up being obsolete…So don’t stress if you can’t MAKE “CENTS” OF! 🪙

    When you’re first learning the basic VALUES of Coins, it can ADD to confusion…Sure, we know that a Dime, by PENNY other name equals 10 CENTS, but for our little guy here right now it’s just TOTALly confusing…

    So…Today we see a Mom, PENNY, having an exCHANGE with her younger som, NICKLE-LAS, about COINS…And you have to give her CREDIT for SPENDING the time to explain….But the poor kid can’t make neither HEAD nor TAIL https://tinyurl.com/42ap2hpx out of it…And it’s not that he doesn’t have common CENTS, it’s just that if you think about it, with the coin sizes and all, one could say that it really doesn’t ADD UP…So what Nick’s saying is WORTH MINTioning…..But the older brother, BUCK, on the other hand, isn’t helping. With that far from innoCENT look on his face, his opinion regarding Cash, whether or not it will unFOLD in the future, isn’t PAYING off right now…In my opinion…BUCK needs to stop here…

Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of something that happened to a friend of mine… At the time his Aunt Penny, a wonderful although slightly ecCENTric woman, died, she hadn’t cut her hair in over 25 years. When his family had her brought to a Funeral Home to be cremated, they were surprised to learn that they charged by weight…and Aunt Penny’s hair weighed a ton. According to my friend, they all learned a VALUABLE lesson that day…A Penny SHAVED… is a Penny URNED….And on that NOTE… 🎤 🪙🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤦🏻‍♀️ As hard as they tried, they couldn’t MAKE SENSE OF how the QUAKE could be taken so lightly, knowing it would definitely AFFECT them long term…so the STUNT that the comic pulled did nothing more than PROMPT them to strongly voice their displeasure…🙋🏻‍♀️

    🧨 The noise did cause a little QUAKE, it resonated loud,
    Did PROMPT some Folk to gather ‘round…soon they had formed a crowd…
    Was it a STUNT, they wondered…It did AFFECT the night,
    Uncertainty will always tend to bring about some fright
    And fright can lead to havoc…in a crowd…goes hand in glove…
    They’re hoping it’s something that they can soon just MAKE SENSE OF…🧨

  3. No tacos today ! I had a hard time with the jumble ! The anagrams were all there , but I just couldn’t figure out the letters ! I saw the word COME , and I should’ve saw SCENTS ! I would’ve gotten it if I would have ! My mind just went blank ! After I looked it up , it definitely made SCENTS ! I’m disappointed in myself , but I’ll try harder tomorrow to just get over a little hump Wednesday ! Everyone have a good taco-Tuesday !!!!

    How these coins will add up to money…
    But the size throws him off,
    And to Mom he does scoff…
    While he voices a child-like plea! 🤷🏻‍♂️

    🪙 ‘Tween the Pennie’s and nickels and dimes,
    Our Nick’s seeing no reason nor rhymes…
    It just doesn’t add up,
    But Penny’s saying…”Yup…
    You’ll get it, just give it some time”…🪙

    🤷🏻‍♀️Brother Buck thinks the lesson’s in vain,
    Feeling Nick here has nothing to gain….
    Cash to him? No great shakes,
    But Mom knows that it takes…
    Learning ‘bout it…it’s simple and plain…🤷🏻‍♀️

    👍🏻 Pretty sure that Nick’s going to get,
    How it works…and he won’t need to fret…
    Once he gets it down pat,
    How much this, how much that…
    It’s a lesson he’ll never forget! 👍🏻

    Is that coins make sense and they do pay…

  6. Am on a roll this Taco Tuesday morning….I did manage to see the CENTS/SENSE relationship which brought the blind solve to fruition. Thanks for the Sinatra song. And you’re right….been a long time since I’ve used coins…and my pockets appreciate it !! That Debit Card is a handy little animal. See you on Hump Day

    • YW, Terry….One can never go wrong with Sinatra. He’s always ON THE MONEY, to COIN a phrase, when it comes to good music! And I’d ADD him in every day, if it wasn’t that people look for a CHANGE now and then…😉🎶🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Good morning. Easy breezy on the words but drew a complete blank on the cartoon answer. I folded like a wet suit and went right to the answer. To that famous “Song Picker Outer” Thumbs up. Couldn’t do any better. Until tomorrow take care.

  9. A happy Taco Tuesday with a clean sweep of the anagrams and the cartoon. I agree w a previous comment that very few people use cash especially coins. I used to carry a coin purse to pay cash but no longer carry it or pay in cash.
