    💪🏻 A job like this takes stamina, it’s not for faint of heart,
    For FORTY hours every week it’s early morning start…
    A FELLOW need be in good shape, and strength’s put to the test,
    So it goes without saying that they look forward to rest…
    The steady stream of furniture likened to a PARADE,
    It’s truck load after truck load…and my God…what that stuff weighed…
    No time to KNOCK around and play…they work without a scoff…
    Suffice to say at end of day? They need TAKE A LOAD OFF! 💪🏻

    Furniture hauling is no easy task…You definitely won’t see a COUCH potato doing this line of work…

    So…Today we’re TRUCKin’ on over to have a front row SEAT to watch our three furniture delivery men, Frank Alex, FLEX for short, and LIFTY, I mean Lefty, CARRY THEIR WEIGHT… https://tinyurl.com/m3a6rjcv …Both literally and figuratively…While OTTO, MAN #3, calls out from the truck that it’s a WRAP. And speaking of, I always thought that any piece of furniture not boxed was carried WRAPPED in blankets or quilts, to avoid any BEDlam if it was to fall…But then, what do I know? I could be WEIGH off the mark…Anyway, despite how exhausted our guys might become, they SHELF their feelings https://tinyurl.com/4r4yuzvz until QUILTing, I mean quitting time…Because if the TABLES were turned, https://tinyurl.com/4ub97tum they’d never get anything done. So it’s LOAD after LOAD that they’re TAKING OFF the truck, and after a long day? Their dialogue says it all…A couch for Flex, and a tub for Lefty? = Rest and relaxation…They’re definitely ready to…TAKE A LOAD OFF… https://tinyurl.com/4w9kbjsx …And you can always BED the HOUSE that David WOOD come up with a great idiom …

    …And that couch that’s their last delivery of the day? I want to say “SOFA, so good, Guys”….but from the looks of it? DESK again…I can’t see how anyone could stick aROUND that thing long enough to enjoy it…

    So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…and I’ll leave you with a SUITE collection of some of my thoughts when it comes to Furniture…Personally, I’m WEIGH into it…me and my RECLINER go way back…I like for my home to have CHAIRisma, for people to find it relaTABLE, so I make sure to DRESSER up nicely…Because let’s face it, if your home isn’t presenTABLE, nothing else MATTRESS …And in closing …I do spend a good amount of time looking at Furniture….but this last exCURTAINS is causing me a problem….The store won’t stop calling me…and I thought I made it clear that I was only interested in one NIGHTSTAND…💪🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

    🍺He and another FELLOW had walked in the PARADE,
    They did the FORTY minutes ‘twas required to make the grade…
    Exhausted now they’re glad it’s time that they can KNOCK it off,
    They’re sweaty and can’t wait to get their hands on a cold quaff
    They hit the lockers and real quick the uniforms they doffed…
    And sat down in the nearest pub, glad to TAKE A LOAD OFF! 🍺

  4. Great start of the week Monday again ! Anagrams were all there and the jumble helped me TAKE A LOAD OFF the things I missed last week ! Good one today ! Angela , good one with the Beatles ! As I’ve said before one of my top bands ! And that song is a good one ! Also you be careful about those one Nightstands ! Great start of the week , everyone have a good one !!!!!

  5. Just a wee bit in a hurry this morning as I am off to help with setting up a golf tournament this morning….No excuses, though. Just got the first word TAKE and then went straight to anagrams. From there…an easy Monday solve. You waxed very eloquently this morning in your post…must go back and re-read later. But the ONE NIGHTSTAND will stay with me for early morning cleverness.   6. 🚚 Unload trucks and it’s easy to see,
    That’s it’s not a case of ABC…
    It def calls for some brawn,
    And the hours are long…
    As we can see with this puzzle’s three…🚚

    🛋️Be it tables or chairs or a couch,
    To deliver one can’t be a slouch…
    There’s precision called for,
    To fit in different doors…
    And there’s times when our men need to crouch! 🛋️

    🤷🏻‍♀️People’s decor gets subject to change,
    And their furniture they rearrange…
    So delivery’s a need,
    Caution mixed in with speed…
    Is what they hope for when they arrange…🤷🏻‍♀️

    🤷🏻‍♀️For their new pieces to reach their door,
    And the cases where there’s many floors?
    The delivery men need,
    Expertise to succeed…
    ‘Specially with deliveries galore…🤷🏻‍♀️

    💤 So when the day does come to an end,
    And no more steps our guys need ascend…
    Their work belts they can doff,
    As a load they take off…
    And they look for their muscles to mend! 💤
