    👭🏻 No time for SKIMPY excuses, no need to INVOKE names,
    Today it’s just a GLANCE needed to know who’s the grand Dame…
    With every ENGINE running, it’s now full speed ahead,
    As one of our twins ties the knot…deciding to be wed…
    The EMBLEM though that binds her invisibly to her sis,
    Will still remain a constant despite her new wedded bliss
    And celebrating INLAND, both our girls today are psyched..
    One stands up for the other…’cause they both LIKED BEING ALIKE! 👭🏻

    This morning, Jeff, looking exceptionally well GROOMed, is seen at a wedding speaking with friends of his daughter, IDENTICAL twins, who have graced our pages over the years. And as with most twins, the unique bond they poDRESS, I mean possess is being joked about. Granted, they may have pulled the wool over many an “I” over the years, and from our dialogue WE know they’ve taken some Folks for a BRIDE, I mean ride, but today…is not the average situation. Today it’s just one TWIN going for the GOLD…or platinum…And AISLE say that this RESEMBLES more of a Win, Win, instead of a TWIN, TWIN day…But, as our girls are assuring us, there’s no way Wedding Bells are going to ALTAR our Belles…And once the Honeymoon is over, literally, not figuratively, come “tomorrow” there’s GOWN to be more of the usual…Because let’s FACE it, Folks, no matter how you TWIN it, the Twins LIKED BEING ALIKE…And here today it’s a true case of BRIDE and Joy!

    And as for the Groom knowing which one is which? If he’s not sure at this stage of the NAME… there’s a very strong chance he could end up a CLONE-LY man…

    So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one…Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend Jay whose wife recently gave birth to twins. He wanted to name them after him…so someone suggested Kaye and Elle…Give it a minute…👭🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🚒 The EMBLEM they chose for the INLAND ENGINE Company’s trucks seemed SKIMPY at first GLANCE, but since they LIKED BEING ALIKE in comparison to the other groups, and wanting to INVOKE the spirit of the past, they decided to stay with it…🚒

    🏍️ The drawing of the ENGINE, was meant to INVOKE the West,
    Needing to keep an INLAND feel…but did it pass the test?
    Instructions had been SKIMPY, and so far at a GLANCE,
    He’s uncertain if as it stands will he garner a chance
    But still having to incorporate the EMBLEM for the bike…
    Wonders will the cycle look unique?…He never LIKED BEING ALIKE…🏍️

  4. What a great Sunday Funday ! This is the one of a few sundays that I had no real problem with the anagrams or the jumble ! I had to think the hardest on INVOKE , but I got it and went on to the jumble ! When I saw all the K’s a and all the I’s and the L’s And the identical twins before one got married LIKED BEING ALIKE ! From how I struggled all week , having a great Sunday made me feel better ! This was a fun and entertaining jumble ! Angela the song was a good one that fit well ! Everyone have a great Sunday Funday And let’s start a new week of successful jumbles !!!!!

  7. Three five letter words….and I’m supposed to come with some kind of logical answer?? Whew !!! It’s probably not gonna come from my brain, especially without help from some anagram letters. And sure enough, ripped right through the anagrams, pulled out LIKED…and the rest followed. Great song and always have to comment about how prolific Johnny Mercer is…and paired with Bobby Darin??..what a swell Sunday combo !! Nice post today, Angela and enjoy the big city.

  9. Good morning. “It’s after 12:00 am”. This is the first chance I had to finish the puzzle and post. I was able to get the words without too much difficulty. Just 15 minutes ago I was able to study the cartoon answer and come up with the answer one word at a time. A little late so I’ll just bow out and say take care.
