Good Morning, Everyone..🚘 INVESTING IN WHEEL ESTATE! 🚘
🎶 ON THE ROAD AGAIN…Like a band of gypsies we go down the highway…We’re the best of friends…Insisting that the world keep turning our way…And our way…Is ON THE ROAD AGAIN …I just can’t wait to get on the road again…🎶 ..”On The Road Again” – Mr Willie Nelson 1980 https://tinyurl.com/24ru3pyz
🚘”Let’s UNLOAD what we never use, some stuff is like a PLAGUE,
We’ve no need for so much of it…maybe list some on Craig”…
And with that they began to THINK about a “Second Act”,
Their neighbor said, “Oh MERCY me…you’re leaving…you’re all packed”?
And yes they were, they’re setting off…to travel day by day…
They saved well through their working years…and stashed that TAKE-HOME PAY! 💸
Today…RVers about to become Fulltimers https://tinyurl.com/yeyw4bcr bidding farewell to their neighbors…And here’s my TAKE on this. Our question giving us the ….”big enough to live on” = a HOME, and AFFORD/SAVED = money/PAY, plus David Howard* mentioning “nest egg” = saving what they TOOK HOME from their PAY?…made easy WORK of it for me. The solve just DROVE itself right into my mind. And I’m thinking you may NET have any problem with it either. In fact the hardest part of it all today was listening to a few of the Early Birds DRIVING one another crazy arguing over whether Plague was Plague…or Plaque. A few of them did get HUNG UP on that…Funny thing, it didn’t change the letters any, but still…I guess it just boiled down to a case of them minding their P’s and Q’s…Trust me, it doesn’t take much to get their MOTORS RUNNING..Anyway, let’s get this show ON THE ROAD…David and Linda Howard could afford that big RV because they saved enough…TAKE-HOME PAY. And another one went off without a HITCH!
As for Jeff’s Gems..Notice that the RVers have very distinctive faces? So I’m thinking the hilarious Albert Brooks* and Julie Hagerty in “Lost in America”, https://tinyurl.com/4hdy77ww . Especially with the remark about the “nest egg”…. https://tinyurl.com/2s4acpwt …It was a good MOVE- e…And if you look real CLOSEly, you can see that the house was sold through the Jumble Real Estate Agency…with the last four digits of its phone number, (printing right before the signature “J” encircled in the square logo), being 1954…And if you don’t know what the 1954 https://tinyurl.com/2b32rc9w symbolizes I suggest you hand in your Jumble card…it may be the END OF THE ROAD for you…
So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…and I had a PARTING joke to tell, but it seems to have LEFT my mind…I’m still feeling very TIREd, and I guess I just lost my TERRAIN of thought….Anyway…As the late, great Jackie Gleason used to say…”A little TRAVELING music…and AWAY WE GO”…🚘🙋🏻♀️
All these jumbles are fantastic they are so unique and thought provoking

💸 Naive as he was, he really did THINK that they’d show some “MERCY“ when it came to his TAKE-HOME PAY, but soon decided that “they”..the city and state…were like a PLAGUE to hourly workers…and he couldn’t help but UNLOAD on anyone who’d listen…💸
💵 He read about the tragedies, the PLAGUE and then the storm,
And wished they’d been shown some MERCY…it just wasn’t the norm…
What must those people THINK right now, who could they UNLOAD to?
So he decided help he must…and thought what could he do
He bounced around some ideas…and then figured the best way…
Was for him to just donate 10% of TAKE-HOME PAY…💵
Not a Good Friday for me ! The anagrams were all there , although I was a little PLAUGEd by the spelling of that one ! Now the jumble was just out there and no RV could’ve driven me there to get it ! I could not figure it out even though my TAKE HOME PAY was after taxes ! Had a tough one today ! I had to cheat and can’t wait till tomorrow Saturday to cap the week ! The one thing that made me smile was Angela’s song choice ! One of my favorite musicians and someone that I hung out with in any of his concerts cause I worked for a company that did business with Mr Willie Nelson and it was great ! Everyone have a great Friday !!!!!!!!
Great song! 🚘🙋🏻♀️
Successful Friday Jumble, though no blind solve. Struggled with six letter anagrams, but then saw HOME and PAY, which helped with the solve. Willie is a great composer, for sure!!
Good morning. Struggled with the last two words and drew a complete blank on the cartoon answer. Giving up at least got me to your nice song choice sooner. Until tomorrow take care.
Good Morning, Paul. It is a great song! 🚘🙋🏻♀️
No problem with the anagrams but had to pause on the cartoon solution. I didn’t understand the necessity of the dash between the first 2 words in the solution, but after pay popped into mind, the complete solution quickly followed. Angela, glad you’re feeling a little bit better.
Thank you, Prof…The dash? I could see where it would throw you off, if you didn’t know it’s written that way. 🚘🙋🏻♀️
PS…Prof…I remembered going over this with one of the kids not too long ago. You may find it interesting…🚘🙋🏻♀️
