To me they were all just FLY BY NIGHT films…not my TYPE, so it was easy for me to CROSS them off my “must see” list…Just COUNT me as one of those people who didn’t BITE…
So…Today, Dracula’s Family Reunion…in what looks to be a newly re-VAMPed Castle…and which he’s DRIVEN to in his Chevy IMPALER…But In LIGHT of the fact that I’m not familiar with the FAMILY TREE, I’m UP IN THE AIR as far as a nephew goes. And Jeff’s DRAWN one very distinctive. Yet, it’s left me FANGing…I mean HANGING…And you know I’m not one to STAKE my reputation on something if I can’t back it up, so if anyone out there can put a name to the face, please feel free to go to BAT…
Ok…This one shouldn’t have you sticking your NECK out, or COFFIN up any doubt…David’s given us “Family Reunion” = RELATIVES and DRACULA = BLOOD. And Jeff’s DRAWN our cartoon to perfection…So..Dracula was surrounded by his …BLOOD RELATIVES…and this one’s easily SEWN UP…
Speaking of…Check out everyone’s neck…they all have the two little fang marks. Were they sewn closed…or did they all just SUCK it up and go with the FLOW?…Plus the bats against the full moon are right on POINT…and the ornate goblets on the waiter’s PLATE LETS us see that they consider themselves ROYALTY…
And as far as all the dialogue goes, which is usually Jeff’s doing…you can COUNT the laughs…The “O Positive” RATES HIGH, “Afraid of the DARK”…My friend Garfield? GAR LICked his lips and laughed out loud at that one…”Drives me BATTY”…’SNUFF said…but the CLENCHer? Dracula’s comment about not showing up on film…just a hilarious REFLECTION on Jeff’s whimsy…And let’s not disCOUNT Dracula being decked out in so much jewelry…the man was soooo VEIN…

For the first word, REBET (meaning to bet again) is a possibility. It doesn’t change the cartoon solution since it simply swaps the B and R. Yes, you won’t find REBET in a dictionary, but you probably will find it in casinos. There is another cartoon solution and interpretation. Vlad merely wanted to visit his girlfriend VIOLA BOLSTERED, who immediately surrounded him (in a Halloweenish fashion), and one of the ladies in the background is probably Viola. The cartoon was a little confusing. What I thought was blurouts to hide objectionable words, such as the F-word, turned out to be bricks in the wall.

I was stuck on the third word and went to the cartoon and came up with what I thought was a blind solve needing an OLAS and when I looked they were all in that third word which I finally came up with salmon. Which oddly enough is what I made for dinner last night. Feeling great that I stayed with it. Until tomorrow take care.
