  6. Second day of the week with a hard jumble ! The anagrams threw a GOBLET at me ! Then when I read the jumble I thought I MIGHT BE ABLE TO , but I didn’t ! I just couldn’t see any connection and I was really thirsty today to do that ! But oh well , I’ve had a lot on my mind , we’re heading to Florida for a week and I’ve been preoccupied with travel ! Everyone have a great thirsty-Thursday !!!!

  7. Yes, as you wrote…HUGE, HUGE clue right before our eyes. This made for an easy Thirsty Thursday Blind Solve. Anagrams followed easily…so, I, too, can get to my other puzzles. Angela, what did you mean by “when I looked back, I saw the clues were already there” ??

  10. A clean sweep of all especially given the crossword clue to ‘might ‘ in the cartoon which also led to a quick blind solve of the cartoon puzzle as well! A super great start to a Thursday!

    Hope the smoke doesn’t irritate those of you in the northeast too much. Those of us in California sympathize, as about two years ago we had days of wildfire smoke blotting out the sun.

    • Hi Betty. I thought it was too. Tk you, I know you’ve had your share. I’m just glad the kids are home…They already had today and tomorrow off due to teacher development sessions and year-end clerical cleanup, so perfect timing….at least that’s one less thing to worry about…and because of the air, the city is allowing the teachers to work remotely. So I feel better knowing most of my Family is safe. The drive home yesterday definitely scared the little ones…the roads were packed, and you could barely see where you were going…plus the stench of fire permeated everything…Brought me back to 9/11..the eeriness of it all…I’ve tried very hard to block out most memories of that day…but the 8 hour trek to get home unfortunately remains a constant. Fingers crossed this won’t last long…Tks again, and hoping you take care too. 😘🙋🏻‍♀️
