  1. Good Morning, Everyone…I hope this finds you well…
🗣️SHE CURD HAVE DIET RIGHT ON THE SPOT🗣️

    🎶 Matter of fact…Ooh, AS A MATTER OF FACT… I need you…(Oh, as a matter of fact)…And I’m glad that you need me back…As a matter of fact…(Ooh, as a matter, a matter)…🎶 “As A Matter Of Fact” – Natalie Cole 1989 https://tinyurl.com/59w6wdps

🗣️He may believe he meant well, but the IMPACT hit her hard,
To her DISMAY this time he really caught her off her guard…
Her vision…it’s turned OPAQUE…well really she saw red,
This has to be the third, no maybe FOURTH time words brought dread…
She’s certainly no INFANT…she hates when he assumes,
That things should be announced to other people in the room…
Then he takes on that CHERUB look…the innocence displayed,
You’d think that after all these years, he’d know which way she swayed…
She so covets her privacy…so of course she’d react…
    With indignation at it all…AS A “MAD-HER” OF FACT…🗣️

You remember how I mentioned on Friday that I think I’m WHEY too invested in these puzzles? Well, CASEIN point…and déjà MOO…it happened aGAIN with this one today. The word “angry” in our question, the dialogue full of FACTS, and the quotation marks gave the solve up easily, but it seemed so familiar. So I dug a little…and LOW and behold I found what I was looking for. The puzzle of April 14th, 2019… https://tinyurl.com/2s33t42z …Not a perfect match, but DAIRY say pretty close…

AnyWHEY…HEAR’S the deal. I’m sure with most people, there’s things about themselves that they’d rather not have discussed in open company. And taking into acCOUNT a diet is definitely one of them. It’s a private MATTER…So when PHIL ABLUSTER here had a PRIVATE discussion with the waiter about his wife, HIDEe’s, dietary restrictions…well…he did OVERstep his POUNDS…I mean bounds…

So…Today we join Mr & Mrs ABLUSTER dining out…And with HIDEe having been told to curtail her dairy, it stands to reason that she MILKed the menu, and ordered something that she knows cuts the CUSTARD…I mean the mustard…She went with Soup…A WHEY safer choice than others, for the most part…But I’m guessing she stepped aWHEY from the table, and Phil took it upon himself to WHEY in, and let the FAT out of the bag to the waiter. So, it’s understandable that he made her angry…AS A “MAD-HER” OF FACThttps://tinyurl.com/27jex842 …Kind of a CHEESEy move on his part…he really should have CURDtailed his comments…SOY out of line…And honestly, I think ICE CREAM too, if it were me…It really wasn’t RICE… He seems to kind of LACTOSE socially acceptable skills, IMO…IN FACT, Phil BUTTER hope HIDEe gets over it, or it’s going to be a case of “YOGURT your own dinner from now on”…etc, etc…

So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And men, remember…WHEY the odds before you speak…Happy wife, happy life…But letting the cat out of the bag? You CURD very well end up in the doghouse like Phil…🗣️🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 👼🏻 AS A MATTER OF FACT, by the FOURTH day, much to no one’s DISMAY, the long hours began to IMPACT everyone…and the OPAQUE windows with the image of the INFANT/CHERUB were left by the wayside…👼🏻

🤦🏻‍♂️The argument went back and forth, so many ideas sacked,
The sides were split and everyone by now was way off track…
With hardly any OPAQUE sense, too easy now to see,
That DISMAY settled in for good…followed by pure ennui…
By the FOURTH try the tempers flared, the CHERUB art undone,
The little INFANT drawings by now long should have begun
It could result in calling off the show…and it’s IMPACT…
Would destroy a whole year of work…AS A MATTER OF FACT…🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. 🤷🏻‍♀️Phil and Heidi go out for a bite,
    But there’s trouble a brewin’ tonight…
    Phil has made her upset,
    And now there’s some regret…
And it may be headed towards a fight…🤷🏻‍♀️

🤦🏻‍♀️Maybe Phil thought that it was his place,
    To divulge things…but he’s way off base…
    Heidi just can’t conceive,
    And Phil gets no reprieve…
For he’s caused our poor girl to lose face…🤦🏻‍♀️

🗣️ Food restriction’s… no walk in the park,
    Heidi’s wish…it remain in the dark…
    It’s no business of others,
But Phil felt it his druthers…
    To mention it…free as a lark! 🗣️

    🤦🏻‍♀️Heidi’s upset and rightfully so,
If she wanted the waiter to know…
    About what she can’t eat,
    She’d have been more discrete…
There’s no way now to soften the blow…🤦🏻‍♀️

🤷🏻‍♀️What comes next for our couple?…Not sure,
But right now that dish of soup du jour?
    Seems Heidi’s lost her taste…
    ‘Cause she’s feeling abased…
This night out def has lost its allure…🤷🏻‍♀️

  5. Good morning Sunday Funday ! I must say , right away that the jumble answer was tough ! I could not get it ! The anagrams were not too bad except the one CHERUB left an IMPACT to not get ! Everyone have a nice Sunday Funday !

  6. There was one nice thing about today’s Jumble….Natalie Cole’s arrangement/video of the Title Song !!! Other than that, the puzzle was cryptic and totally mystified me. Although the anagrams were pretty easy, I just couldn’t get some kind of phrase going that made sense, although I correctly placed MAD in the quotation marks word. Be back tomorrow. Have a blessed Sunday !!

  7. Looks as if I was in good company being stumped by the multi lettered cartoon puzzle with the number of stumped respondents.Cherub also gave me reason to pause on its anagram. Wishing all a happy and blessed Sunday!

  8. The short words helped me come up with the answer. “As a” was the only combination that made sense to me and “mad” seemed a likely three-letter word.
Because I’m more aware of puns from reading Angela’s fun posts, I was able to get the pun in quotes. Wishing all a good day.

  9. Good morning. Had a hard time with the words but finally got them all. The cartoon answer was a different story. I had no clue and decided to take the high road and give up. Enjoyed the song video Angela. Until tomorrow take care

  10. Had to resort to paper and pencil this morning to get the cartoon answer. Like Caroline I first came up with as, a & of and then saw fact which left the “ marks clever pun. Happy Sunday all !

  11. Please just stop your chatter
You’re making me mad as a hatter
    Just pay no heed
    To my dietary need
    It’s a very personal matter!

  12. Very hard answer today. Like Betty, I fumbled around until I found FACT. That led to the rest.
