I hope you feel better Angela ! And the patter of fine , fun and entertaining jumbles keeps going ! I had to think a little harder on CHURN , but I got it ! And I’m not being BOSSY ! I don’t want to be the scarecrow and ask the WIZARD for a brain ! So I totally put this in CEMENT ! The jumble then came right out when I read the given word HIS , MUSIC TO EARS was there ! Another fun jumble for taco-Tuesday ! Last Tuesday I had two helpings of won ton tacos and today I may do the same ! So everybody have a great taco-Tuesday ! Angela , you deserve a rest ! For just a moment I had to look at the word ” pricy” in the cartoon clue. As a spelling champion, I have always spelled the word “pricey”. Several sources that I checked stated that either spelling is correct, although the word is generally spelled using the vowel “e”. Just wondered if anyone else had the same thought…no big deal.
I agree with you. I thought it should be pricey as well.
