    And like a SPLINT lights fire, the Professor hopes they all…
    Show him a spark of interest, he’ll have to WEIGH the odds,
    That these kids pay attention…and some learning’s in the cards…
    But Junior here who’s wisecracking…the LEVITY not smart,
    He needs to take more seriously what’s up there on that chart…
    He’s thinking it’s all GRAVY, he’ll either sink or swim,
    Or else he’s only joking…it’s so hard to tell with him…
    There’s always one in every group who shows his lack of strength…
    To buckle down and instead…compensates to such GREAT LENGTHS! 🇨🇳

    Junior High…World Geography….Timely, with Chinese New Year beginning Sunday…And today’s lesson…the GREAT Wall of China. A monumental undertaking…No small FEET, by any means…So, Jumble students…You’re given China, you’re given Wall…you note how a key word is obviously omitted and referred to instead as “a famous system”…You gotta think GREAT…And between the diagram, and the dialogue “over 10,000 miles LONG”? …We won’t need to go to any GREAT LENGTHS https://tinyurl.com/msbksj8r to solve this one…It’s BUILT its own case!

  3. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They went to GREAT LENGTHS to try to shed some LEVITY into the situation, but when someone lifted the boat and asked…”What do you figure this might WEIGH”? …she realized that trying to make the perfect GRAVY with her arm in a SPLINT probably wasn’t that great of an idea…🤦🏻‍♀️

    With his arm being in a SPLINT, this probably won’t be GRAVY,
    He’s trying to hold steady, but things are a little wavy…
    The hammer seems to WEIGH so much…there’s no LEVITY here,
    He’s having doubts and now the second guessing does appear…
    It was so easy yesterday…But now? He’s lacking strength
    He’s thinking leave it all alone…or go on to GREAT LENGTHS…🤷🏻‍♂️

  4. Hello thirsty-Thursday ! I need to water down my dry brain with my ice tea ! Two anagrams had me lost , WEIGH sand LEVITY , l had to look em up ! The jumble was about the Great Wall of China and that’s the first GREAT word I got , but I looked up the history of it and it said about all the different stretches the wall had , so that threw me off cause there were no c’s and I didn’t see LENGTH ! But I tried and it was still another fun jumble ! Looking to close the week tomorrow with another fun and entertaining jumble ! Everyone have a fun Friday !!!!!!

  6. Seem to be doing a mid-week cruise, as the Jumble Answer was there for the taking. The big give-away was GREAT, and it was no problem to add LENGTHS for a blind solve. All anagrams speedily unscrambled…so no time was lost to tidy up today’s little gem. As always, thanks, Angela, for your excellent musings. Think I’ll have another cup of coffee for Thirsty Thursday.
