Ok…Y’all know I’d never STEER you wrong…So here’s my STEAK on today’s puzzle. While the solve immediately MEATS the eye…easy, breezy…with a BULLFIGHTER, also known as a MATADOR featured, the tell-tale quotation marks and the dialogue of “CHARGE right in”…it just seems a little awkward to me. No BULL. I get the MAT, and the DOOR, but it just didn’t get me all that CHARGED up. But hey, maybe that’s OLÉ me…So, as we see our Bullfighter, at the threshold of his home, the ring- nosed bull on the door…the OLÉ MAT on the ground…he’s welcoming his guests at his “MAT-A-DOOR”…ANGUS what? Another easy one that didn’t esCAPE us!
So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of an ex of mine. He had asked me for Matador equipment at Christmas…Talk about a RED FLAG! 🚪🙋🏻♀️

Good morning thirsty-Thursday ! I don’t know what it is going towards the last couple days of jumble week , but it’s either they are harder or my brain is wore out ! But today was one of the two !maybe the last days of the week jumbles are just trying to OUTDO the start of the week or they’re just trying to make your TUMMY hurt ! But ANYONE would’ve gotten that one and I feel bad I didn’t ! So I need to GATHER my thoughts together cause that one was not there either ! Now the jumble was the bull hitting me so hard that my MATADOOR didn’t open at all ! Then I saw the mat and the bullfighter at the door and it was too late , I lost the fight ! Everyone have a great thirsty-Thursday !!!!
I agree with Angela and thought the cartoon answer was a little awkward. I think they needed a different dialogue to support MAT-A-DOOR. That being said, with that ginormous MAT at the DOOR, it was a blind solve with easy anagrams included. This deserves a Thirsty-Thursday drink.
The simplicity is there…A MAT, A DOOR …An OPEN and CLOSE case…but IDK…🤷🏻♀️
It might be the same as someone sitting at the table with a bowl of cereal and they’re trying to eat it with boxing gloves ! It was a BOWL FIGHT ! Had to !

Good morning. Still riding high. No problem with either the words or cartoon answer. I came up with the answer of “Mat-A-Door” but couldn’t believe I was correct because it seemed too lame to be the answer. But guess what. I was wrong.! Eh, guess it’s hard to hit a home run everyday. Once in awhile it goes foul. And boy did it go afoul by a mile. But it’s the season to forgive and I’m sure we all do. Loved the instrumental Angela. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.
