For those of you who know me, it’s no surprise that I’m not fond of birds. Actually, TBT, they drive me stark RAVEN mad…So I can definitely empathize with our couple here today. They live in Boston, and they’re fortunate enough to have that large expanse of a window affording them an unencumbered view of their property…only to find themselves faced with such a PROBLEM. A MURDER of Crows…and understandably, it’s KILLING them! Not only is it unpleasant aesthetically, but the constant “CAW, caw, caw”…is DRIVING them to drink! (“Caw, caw, caw”?…Boston?…Driving?…Nothing? C’mon…can’t even wet my BEAK here)! https://tinyurl.com/2v6mcxfc Anyway…Yes, at the least they may need some scarecrows…At most? With just CAWS? I’d say move…Because these Crows are definitely beginning to “CAWS” A PROBLEM!
And how perfect would this puzzle have been on Tuesday? The 8th marked the second anniversary of Alex Trebeck’s death. And Jeopardy honored him that night with a category https://tinyurl.com/mw5u2d4r all his own…RIP, Alex…you were truly one of a kind….But I mention it because if you notice, the TV show our guy’s trying to enjoy is Jeopardy. And if you look closely, you’ll see that it’s Jeff competing, taking Jumble for $1,000 with winnings so far of $11,700…(while Ann, next to him oddly enough has a mere $20)…But way to CROW, Jeff!

Good morning. The words were a breeze like yesterday. But when I went to the cartoon and saw all those crows all I could think of was that one of the words was Murder. When I realized the letters were not there for that, I went straight to the answer. And here I thought they aren’t fooling me. I guess this old fool was a fool. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.
Now crows are a noisy flock
They caw, they cackle, they talk
Their numbers are great
They never abate
And they’re as regular as the clock!
Caws? I had no idea!
No Bird Brain here today. Got the puzzle without difficulty. Of all the Hitchcock movies I absolutely hated The Birds. A few years ago we took a ride up the coast to Bodega Bay where it was filmed. The home in the movie was actually an old school house which is no longer used but has a plaque on it acknowledging that it was used in the movie. May nothing ruffle your feathers today. 🐦
