He made sure not to STOMP the dirt, but tilled it day and night…
He nurtured his black WALNUT tree, and as the months went by,
He kept it safe from FROZEN temps, he def was the “Tree Guy”
He’s thinking next to spread his wings…maybe branch out to fruits…
One can’t deny he has the touch…Proof? His tree PUT DOWN ROOTS! 🌳
So…SEED what David did here? He had our guy start growing his tree in a container, develop ROOTS, and then replant it, DOWN into the ground…And we can hear the tree’s dialogue telling us that he’s feeling very comfortable…he could easily PUT DOWN ROOTS… https://tinyurl.com/329rfesk …And there you GROW…
…And the gnome, saying “Gnome sweet gnome”? We could have used him yesterday…

🔥 She went to toast a WALNUT…not sure what happened next,
But ended up with need to DOUSE the fire…she’s perplexed…
She watched her husband STOMP the dirt, his face a FROZEN look,
And all she thought was now no fire…so how are they to cook?
She sat, upset and feeling blue…and stared down at her boots…
Guess she’s not built for outdoor life…no chance she’ll PUT DOWN ROOTS…🔥
Not going to let this jumble stop the continuous ones that I’ve been getting all week ! The anagrams were smooth with no problems ! Now the jumble , I had a huddle and Suzie helped me by picking out words associated with a tree not being planted for more than a year ! Then she said ROOTS and what was left was PUT DOWN ! We were so happy after giving each other high-fives and said PUT DOWN ROOTS ! Yea ! That was it ! Let’s keep this going ! Everyone have a great Thursday !!!!!
There was one blind solve this morning….and it wasn’t me !! Marsha tried to give me a hint or two, but just didn’t see the light. Even with anagrams solved, couldn’t put it all together. It happens that way, but this ended a nice little streak I had going. Until Thirsty Thursday….be well.

Finding places to call home anew…
And one may plant a tree,
Be it elm or lychee…
The idea is for new seeds to strew…🌳
🪴In a pot is where our tree found life,
Sheltered from wind, and snow and most strife..
And it grew tall and strong,
Next in ground it belonged…
‘Long with other trees in garden rife…🪴
🌳There’s a shrub and a fir and a gnome,
That make up the landscape of this home…
And the owner’s quite pleased,
He’s had luck with all these…
It’s most likely due to the rich loam! 🌳
👏🏻👏🏻Our tree’s happy to put down his roots,
With the greenery he’s in cahoots…
They’re now like family,
Welcoming this new tree…
Looking forward to its attributes! 👏🏻👏🏻
🪴Knowing now that he’s def home to stay,
Garden mate to this landscape’s display…

For his life here will keep…
