    🏥 This may just be a dream, and we all are ADRIFT,
    For attention like this? Yes, it’d give us a lift…
    But any ADULT knows that when it comes to time?
    Harried doctors and nurses just can’t stop on a dime…
    There’s so many patients and all in need of care,
    Response? Much more SLOWLY than we’re seeing here…
    So this scene of CHIRP and such vitality?
    I don’t think it’s the standard…HOSPITALITY! 🏥

    A HOSPITAL scene….And another easy, breezy puzzle…but if only the same could be said about HOSPITAL stays…Our patient is wearing a neck brace, but there’s no sticking our necks out here…As far as our dialogue goes? Pure HOSPITALITY…And this one was so easily sewn up…

  3. 🤷🏻‍♀️Every ADULT in the room was appreciative of the HOSPITALITY being shown them, but the CHIRP sound that was ADRIFT through the air SLOWLY began to get on their nerves…🤷🏻‍♀️

    🦅ADRIFT through the air the bird made an odd sound,
    A very loud CHIRP SLOWLY swooping around…
    He was an ADULT, so it definitely seemed strange,
    That he’d make such a noise and it sounded deranged
    The other birds felt that he lacked quality…
    But to him still offered HOSPITALITY! 🦅

  4. Wow ! This was a great way to end the week with a whole week of great fun and entertaining jumbles ! I was just about ready to give up , but I kept looking at the letters and relationships of doctors , nurses , and a medical facility, and then I heard a CHIRP and I got my ADULT mind back from going SLOWLY ADRIFT and then HOSPITAL came and ITY was smiling and saying , put me at the end , and I thought it was such nice HOSPITALITY ! What a way to end a great jumble week ! Everyone have a great weekend !!!!

    And you hope to be seen to real quick,
    But Covid has brought change,
    Lots of things rearranged…
    And most times things just aren’t uptick…🤷🏻‍♀️

    She is showered with care,
    And she’s liking it there…
    As she’s getting ready now to sup…🍛

    Staffing shortages we saw take hold…
    And you hope if you need
    Care… that you can succeed…
    In getting the health care of old…🙋🏻‍♀️

    Dedication abounds,

  6. I don’t usually do well with long words, and today was no exception. After looking at the answer, I’m a little torqued that I gave up so easily…..it now seems fairly obvious !! Easy anagrams and a good song will have to be my only Jumble highlights today. See you Sunday for the big one !!!

    Across the health field
    Today, getting healed
    Means often a very long wait!

    Some great tennis from Flushing this weekend, with a few Americans still in contention. Only one Canadian left in singles but he could go far.

  8. I get 2 daily newspapers delivered to my house but neither publishes a hard copy issue on Saturday just an online edition, so I had to do the Jumble online, yuck! Surprisingly I solved the anagrams and even the multi lettered cartoon puzzle.Not bad for this young(?) 79 yr old sr citizen.

    • Kudos, Professor…But since the online puzzle seems to give you grief, why not just print it out so that you can still do it as if it was in the paper? 🙋🏻‍♀️

      • I access the online version on my iPad or iPhone but neither links to my printer, so I am out of luck. Thanks for your suggestion.

        • Ah, I see. Maybe one of your kids can hook you up though…I too use only an iPhone and an IPad, but I’m able to print from both. 🙋🏻‍♀️

  9. Good morning. The words came quickly rather than slowly like yesterday and did not leave me adrift. After putting down the letters before looking at the picture I immediately came up with Hospitality. The only problem was that in putting the letters down on Adrift I reversed the T for an F. I went through every word that had the circles and realized I just copied wrong. You hit a home run with your song choice Angela. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • I had a similar problem. For the last word, I wrote a n A that I thought was an H. When I checked, I corrected it and quickly solved the answer.

      The hardest jumble for me was the ADULT.

      Very hot here, 103 on Thursday, and today predicted to be about the same.

  10. As others have already stated, it’s been a fun Jumble week. I always enjoy the one word cartoon solutions. With no “ing” figured it would end in “y” so saw the answer right away. Love the song choice, Angela. I am very fond of the Everly Brothers music. “Wake Up Little Susie” is one of my favorites for some reason. Super hot weather predicted for the Bay Area this next few days, may even be 80 in S.F. Which is very unusual for us.
