  1. Good Morning, Everyone…. 🎸GROUP FATES?🎸

🎶 He say, “one and one and one is three”…Got to be good looking ’cause he’s so hard to see…CINE TOGETHER together, right now, over me…🎶 ‘Come Together” – The Beatles 1969 https://tinyurl.com/3na6ddjh

🎸Writing music, as in poetry…one need be LETTER perfect,
You put your ideas into play…make sure all is correct…
You get a RHYME you’re hoping for that killer opening GAMBIT,
You search for words and hold out hope that every one will fit…
Like FROND leaves go together…it’s the same except with words,
And songwriters all want a song that for years will be heard
The Wilburys in ‘88 hoped for a sound much better…
Than going it alone…Results? The five would BAND TOGETHER! 🎸

Ok… So…Two of the Early Birds needed to pull a few STRINGS to come up with GAMBIT, and one of them PLAYED around with FROND for a minute or two. But as for the answer to this one?…By GEORGE…Music to our ears!…The dialogue…”playing WITH you guys”, “be in a GROUP”, “COUNT me in”…And the huge clue in our question…”CREATE”…No GROUP effort needed here…it was solved in RECORD time!

Scene: April, 1988.. The Traveling Wilburys…and you can read about them here… https://tinyurl.com/mwfcdxhb The members? Pictured starting at bottom left..Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, and George Harrison. Individually, an amazing wealth of musical talent who decided to get TOGETHER and form a BAND…Hence…our solve: The artists needed to…BAND TOGETHER https://tinyurl.com/3hkk986a What more can I say? This one pretty much WROTE itself…

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Be well, stay safe…and this puzzle reminds me of a little exchange that took place years ago when I walked into a music shop. The guy behind the desk said, “Good Morning”. I said, “You too”…And he said…”Third aisle on the right”…🎤🎸🙋🏻‍♀️

PS…I almost forgot Jeff’s Gems…Check out the headstock of Tom Petty’s guitar…it says, “Jeff”…and if you look closely at the pick guard of Jeff Lynne’s …there’s an image, but I can’t make it out. I FRETted over it for a while, but I was just too STRUM…I mean plumb tired to continue and I didn’t want to get JAMmed up, so I didn’t bother going through the TREBLE, and finally threw in the DOWEL…But if anyone out there can identify it, feel free…Only if you’re up to it, of course…no STRINGS attached…🎸🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🌾As they sat stripping FROND after frond, they knew they’d need to BAND TOGETHER and take a GAMBIT if they were to make any RHYME or reason of the issue concerning the LETTER carrier…🌾

🤷🏻‍♀️ She tried to make a RHYME with FROND, it didn’t go so well,
She wished the D could be a T…it’d be an easier sell…
Of course the LETTER can’t be changed, it’s not like playing chess,
There is no GAMBIT can be made…there is no more or less
But time is running out, and if her cap will get that feather?
She needs to gather all her thoughts and have them BAND TOGETHER! 🤷🏻‍♀️

  3. Hello thirsty-Thursday ! I really liked this jumble ! But I could not get anagrams 2 and 3 ! I never heard of a FROND and GAMBIT a was out there too ! So now it’s time to RHYME and send a letter ! Well the best part was to figure out the jumble that was about the Traveling Wilburys being created that I absolutely love that band and all the members that are very famous ! So that much talent was easy for them to get the BAND TOGETHER ! They wrote slot of songs and any one of them would be great for todays song ! Angela your song is great ! Everyone have a great thirsty-Thursday !

  4. Good morning. I was stuck on the second word and all I could come up with was Frond. I had no idea what it meant and since I kept coming back to that I finally check and was surprised to find that I was right. Just goes to show your never too old to learn. Having all the words the cartoon answer was easy once the letters were down. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

  5. All finished up fairly quickly, though without a blind solve. Easy anagrams and then a quick solve. Where have I been?? Haven’t heard of the Wilbury’s, though am familiar with each artist. Will catch the song later. Try to stay cool today.

  6. In some ways it’s really a soup
Write the lyrics, sing and regroup
    Combine all those styles
    Across the musical miles
The making of a musical troupe!

  7. Frond? A word I wasn’t familiar with and too many letters for me to solve the cartoon, despite a beautiful sunny Thursday!
