  1. Good Morning, Everyone… I hope this finds you well…

💔THE PAIN IN SPAIN….WHILE WAITING FOR THE TRAIN💔

🎶SO LONG, SO LONG…got no time for tears …SO LONG, SO LONG…Got music in my ears…🎶 “ So Long” – The Kinks 1965 https://tinyurl.com/2p8t9evd

💔It’s not looking all that cold out there, but even if it were,
Seems the coldness of an IGLOO still these two wouldn’t deter…
The setting not UTOPIA, for sadly they must part,
Not rain, nor snow, nor SLOSH stands in the way of a hurt heart…
Your NOGGIN tells you say goodbye and just go on your way,
But parting’s such sweet sorrow as we know Shakespeare would say…
So our couple, in Spain we see…is this their love’s swan song?
It’s hard to tell…but Adios?…Yes, it can LAST SO LONG…💔

OK…those of you who know me, know that I’m kind of freaky when it comes to these puzzles. A lot of déjà vu…So after glancing at today’s I knew it rang a bell…and I searched…and Voila! There’s the TICKET! June 14th, 2017. https://tinyurl.com/2p9c9287 Granted, these two pictured aren’t looking sad the way our couple is today, but you can see where my TRAIN of thought was right on TRACK…

Ok. Waiting for the Renfe… https://tinyurl.com/k5brudky traveling to either Barcelona or Madrid. And with a couple visible across the tracks, we see HUGO and SO-LONGe…And you have to love when David comes up with a play on words such as this. It’s kind of like a hat-trick https://tinyurl.com/ytcbv2wf so to speak. Saying Goodbye is saying SO LONG…but with the delayed train, it’s LASTing LONGer…Note the huge clue in our dialogue…”We have MORE time”…But if this is a true parting of the ways for our couple…again, dialogue…”I’ll never forget you”, then bidding one another FAREwell here is their…LAST SO LONG! No matter how you take it, it’s brilliant!

So…There you have it Folks, Done! Have a good one. Be well, stay safe…and I can’t help but wonder if this is RAIL-ly the END OF THE LINE for HUGO and SO-LONGe…Personally, I’m hoping the story doesn’t STOP here…💔🙋🏻‍♀️

    I STAND WITH UKRAINE. 💔🇺🇦

  3. 🤷🏻‍♂️His NOGGIN easily told him that he’d never LAST SO LONG living in an IGLOO, and it’d be nowhere near UTOPIA with the snow and SLOSH…

🙇🏻‍♂️Tom tried to build an IGLOO but it wasn’t going well,
The fake ice turned to SLOSH quickly…it’s now a messy gel…
His Dad said “Use your NOGGIN, Son…maybe you need more glue,
Homework’s never UTOPIA, but now this thing is due”…
Tom wondered if it was the glue, maybe it’s just not strong…
But he had no idea that this project would LAST SO LONG! 🙇🏻‍♂️

  4. 💔 Saying goodbye and looking so sad,
Thinking of the good times that they’ve had…
    We see here today,
    A parting of ways…
And of course neither one of them glad…💔

👫🏻Holding tight one another so dear,
    The departure, sad…obviously clear…
    But they won’t soon forget,
    Love they had..no regret…
And they don’t care the train isn’t near! 👫🏻

🚊 On the platform they stand as they wait,
For a train that’s slated to be late…
    And they bid “Adios”…
    Holding each other close…
And I wonder just what is their fate? 🚊

  5. My TRAIN of thoughts going downhill as the week progresses….accomplished all anagrams very speedily but did not put together cartoon puzzle answer. Going to sulk in a corner for awhile. See you Saturday. Have a great TGIF

  6. Good morning. Today was most difficult at first for me. I didn’t get one word for awhile so I put the paper down and finished my breakfast. When I returned after a couple of minutes I got Utopia first then worked my way back up to the top. I was amazed how they just became clear to me. The cartoon answer was easy once the letters were put down. I think it’s time to celebrate with my second cup of coffee. Thanks Angela for all the extra goodies. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • Good Morning, Paul…YW, my pleasure. Have a good one. Be well and stay safe out there..🚊🙋🏻‍♀️

  7. Good morning Friday ! It’s in the 70’s and 80’s today so it must have melted the IGLOO , cause I didn’t see it ! The rest were there , but that didn’t LAST SO LONG ! Celebrating my wife’s birthday today ! Everyone have a great Friday ! I want to get back on the jumble-solving train tomorrow !

    • Good Morning, Jim. Wishing you both a good one. Enjoy! 🚊🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Utopia gave me reason to pause as well but the cartoon solution was a quick solve even for a rainy overcast Friday.

  9. I too paused at “utopia” but was right on track after figuring that one out. My suggestion for song for the day is: “So Long Farewell Auf Wiedersehen Good Bye” from Angela’s favorite movie, “The Sound of Music”. Have a good one all!

    • ROTFL!!! 😂😂😂 I KNEW…I JUST KNEW you’d say that! And wouldn’t you know it…I thought of you when the $=*(/![¥ song was stuck in my head all night! Tks…I definitely needed the laugh! Have a great day, Betty! 🙋🏻‍♀️

        • Girl…Are you kidding me? You done good!! I loved it! And I expected nothing less! 😂You know it immediately popped into my head…but there was no way I was going down that path! 😂Even my “Other” got a good laugh out of it last night…He swears David set me up! 😂…And TBT? I’m still humming the &(/+!<¥ thing! God help me!!! 🫶🏼🙋🏻‍♀️

  10. Good morning ! Well, Molly was up early so I wasn’t able to comment on how happy I was to get the words and jumble – I was so happy – the only word that gave me any heartaches was “utopia” ! So, until tomorrow – everyone have a sunny day !
