  1. Good Morning, Everyone. 🧸 BEAR-ING GIFS? 🧸

🎶 Oh Baby let me be, your lovin’ TEDDY BEAR…Put a chain around my neck, and lead me anywhere..Oh let me be (oh let him be)…your TEDDY BEAR…🎶 “ “(Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear” – Elvis 1957 https://tinyurl.com/ywut3yp9

🧸 Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear…I sing it with the kids,
The video a PUZZLE though * …it’s somehow off the skids…
But here we have a ZESTY bear, dark TAFFY is his fur,
    Teddy’s taking a new selfie…question is…is there a blur?
(I’m not wrestling with FIBULA, my head’s still just too…uh…buzzy)
I’m feeling like our theme…I’m beat and still A LITTLE FUZZY…🧸

All new anagrams, but they were a SNAP. And the “Fuzzy” mentioned in our question doesn’t refer to picture quality, it’s reference to a Teddy Bear being…A LITTLE FUZZY! David’s nod to whimsy…

Our cartoon? Toy Story! We’ve one of those vintage yellow wooden duck pull toys, https://tinyurl.com/57ynpkk2 and a Barbie doll. And the dialogue suits our puzzle to a T! With Barbie saying “It looks just like you” (ie) FUZZY Bear, and the Duck saying, “I follow you”…He’s a Pull Toy! Of course…he follows everyone! And it coincides with Teddy mentioning his followers…But the PHOTO finish for me? The wooden block. Showing the letter J, printed as the Jumble J logo always is, it’s sided with the letter D…where it would usually be shown with an I, K, and L. https://tinyurl.com/yf28n8z5 But we’ve a D…”J and D”…Jeff and David. A definite nod to Jeff’s whimsy…And I guess we could call that a FLIP OFF THE OLD BLOCK!

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, stay safe…And since I’m still pretty much under the weather…this may not be one of my better efforts…So I thank you all for BEARing with me…🧸🙋🏻‍♀️

    PUZZLE: Last used – ??? *
    FIBULA: Last used – 07/04/21 https://tinyurl.com/2p8c3fcu

    * Stands to reason that PUZZLE, of all words, would be part of the Jumble lexicon, but…we dug deep and just couldn’t find it! Puzzling…🤷🏻‍♀️

  3. Good morning , it’s taco-Tuesday, and I’m gonna get my won ton tacos ! Yea ! The jumble I thought was not FUZZY. I thought the picture of the bear was clear , but after I saw the letters, the word LITTLE came out and FUZZY A was left , so it was A LITTLE FUZZY ! And I’m not gonna have any TAFFY with my tacos ! I’m feeling pretty ZESTY today ! I had trouble with FIBULA and I didn’t break it ! But the jumble was a good PUZZLE ! Hope your feeling better Angela and I too had the younger song 🎵 fuzzy wuzzy was a bear 🎵 everyone have a terrific taco-Tuesday !!!

  4. Glad to see you in better form today Angela. I hope that continues. We’ve had bitterly cold weather here in S. Ont for the past couple of days. Same in NYC?

Oh this photo will have them abuzz
I know what this kind of thing does!
    I’m an influencer bear
    And online I will share
So what if there’s a slight bit of fuzz!

  5. Today’s Puzzle was Zesty but even someone with a broke Fibula could pull it apart easier than Taffy. I may be A Little Fuzzy on the words, but one of my favorite songs from the early 1960s Captain Kangaroo program was “Fuzzy Wuzzy.”
    Fuzzy Wuzzy
    By Al Hoffman,Milton Drake,Jerry Livingston Copyright 1944 N.Y.
    Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear
    Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair
    Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t fuzzy,was he?
    Fuzzy Wuzzy lost his crop
In the North Pole barber shop
Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t fuzzy, was he?
They say that all seals in Hudson Bay
    envied Fuzzy’s fuzz
But when they cut his rug away
He wasn’t what he used to wuz!
Cuz! Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear
    Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair
Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t fuzzy, wuz he?

    • Here’s the original version of the nursery rhyme, OO. It appeared in the 1942 edition of “The Yorker” magazine with no reference to its origin. I also found out that the term “fuzzy wuzzy” was used to describe the Hadendoa warriors in Sudan in a 1892 poem by Rudyard Kipling.

      Original Version

      Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear,
      Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair,
      Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t really fuzzy,
      Was he?

      Extended modern lyrics

      Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear
      Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair
      Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t fuzzy
No, by gosh, he wasn’t, was he?

      Silly Willy was a worm
      Silly Willy wouldn’t squirm
      Silly Willy wasn’t silly
No, by gosh, he wasn’t really

      Iddy Biddy was a mouse
      Iddy Biddy had no spouse
      Iddy Biddy wasn’t pretty
Oh, by gosh, it was a pity

      Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear
      Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair
      Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t fuzzy
No, by god, he wasn’t, was he?

  6. Good morning. Brain freeze this morning. I had to look up Fibula and even the cartoon answer. Oh well, I had a good run. Loved your song choice Angela. I trust you’re feeling better since you posted which is good news. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

  7. I was in good company not solving fibula, but after looking that up, and having several Z’s, the cartoon was a quick solve.

  8. The bone of contention today definitely was fibula. Had to back into it. Other than that it was an easy solve. I too thought of the Captain Kangaroo song and appreciated the 1942 original rhyme which I had never heard before. Happy Tuesday to all.

  9. Like many, I was puzzled with BAFULI (for a minute or so) otherwise a quick solve. Happy you were able to contribute again. Welcome back and stay safe.
