  1. Good Morning, Everyone…I hope this finds you well…
    🛥 “STRAIT-EN” UP AND GLIDE RIGHT 🛥

🎶 STRAIT-EN up and fly right, STRAIT-EN up and fly right…🎶..”Straighten Up and Fly Right” – Mr Nat King Cole 1943 https://tinyurl.com/ycxpa9pv

🛥 The passage they are traveling, it’s name Gibraltar’s Strait,
But we see that our First Mate’s looking nervous from the gate…
He thinks the way’s too NARROW, a FLUID trek he fears,
May not be all that easy, and he questions if they’ll clear…
The Captain does assure him…”Don’t go BATTY we’ll be fine…
This trek’s surely a SAVORY one, I do it all the time
There’s nothing to deter us, navigation here’s not hard…
The passage is an easy one…we just sail “STRAIT”-FORWARD! 🛥

Today’s anagrams are split, with LUDFI, from 2017, and TBYAT from this past January our repeats. And except for the slightest bit of a pause at SAVORY, the Early Birds experienced exceptionally clear SAILING this morning. The solve? No WAVES there…For as long as the Strait of Gibraltar https://tinyurl.com/2p8zakp9 came to mind with our question MAPping out the “Passage between Spain and Morocco”…I’m sure you had clear sailing also… But even if you didn’t SEA it at first glance…between the leading nature of the dialogue, the FORWARD direction of our drawing and the quotation marks AFLOAT…it was hard KNOT to put it all together…

So…the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean…and thee…and our two voyagers…And as our mate questions the vessel’s ability to STEER clear of any danger, we hear our Captain (recognizable by his peaked cap with its anchor), BOATing…I mean boasting that he doesn’t even need to navigate…There’s no cause for concern, since they’re definitely on the STRAIT…despite the narrow…And the passage proved to be…”STRAIT”-FORWARDhttps://tinyurl.com/wfe2ayjt

The Gem? We’re on the water…so WAVE to the Signature Sinking Sailboat…

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, stay safe…and I wish you all clear sailing…🛥🙋🏻‍♀️

    I STAND WITH UKRAINE 💔🇺🇦

  2. 🤷🏻‍♂️ His FLUID, STRAIGHTFORWARD approach to try and quell what the others considered SAVORY gossip, succeeded in proving their NARROW-mindedness…and he vowed not to allow them to drive him BATTY…🤷🏻‍♂️

🍜 She ladled out the SAVORY soup, the FLUID smelled divine,
She almost had gone BATTY finishing the meal on time…
And now the only obstacle to make it all complete,
Was walking through the NARROW hall to reach the diner’s seats…
So hoping that this final step would keep things in accord…
She raised the tray, steadied herself…and just looked STRAIGHT FORWARD!🍜

  3. Good morning ! It’s taco-Tuesday already ! Them tacos came quick ! This one was really a fun jumble . The anagrams all were easy . However my eyes saw a D in the fourth word and at first I thought it was ONWARD . Well I rechecked it and I didn’t see the D . I said what ? So I re-thought and it was a NARROW escape , but it drove me BATTY ! So I put some sauce on my tacos to SAVORY them so my brain could get more anagram FLUID . So I won’t do that again ! As soon as I saw and read the cartoon between Spain and Morocco I immediately thought of a Strait and just knew the word STRAIT should be there, because they couldn’t steer either left or right , they had to go STRAIT FORWARD ! Well everyone have a great taco-Tuesday and enjoy the day going STRAIT FORWARD !!!!

  4. 🛥 Straight and narrow is what our guys face,
And it’s looking like there’s not much space…
But the path’s all mapped out,
    To the Captain…no doubt..
It’s a journey he could easily trace! 🛥

🛥 On the water…Morocco and Spain,
And Gibraltar the Strait is its name…
    A boat travels its course,
    Easily…sans remorse..
    Captain’s confidence needn’t be feigned! 🛥

🛥 There’s no worry about left or right,
It’s straightforward this vessel in flight…
While there’s no bridge to cross,
We see here there’s no dross…
And it’s all to the Captain’s delight! 🛥

  5. I’m not very nautical and couldn’t see “Strait” Forward. Still, a good way to unpack my brain while battling a head cold. And now to work.

  6. There are many who wished they could alter
The width of the Straits of Gibraltar
    Trying to navigate through
    The best they could do
Was to point “straight” ahead and not falter!

  7. Very ironic that like Jim…I, too, saw a “D” in the last anagram and spelled out ONWARD. I thought I had a mini-blind solve with STRAIT and thought it could be FORWARD, but then with the letters at hand, there was a suspiciously extra “D”. It all worked out to my sheer delight with one of my favorite Nat King Cole songs….eat some Tacos and will see you manana.

  8. Good morning. Enjoyed today’s jumble. Almost thought it was Monday. The words came easy but I didn’t get a blind solve. The answer hit me straight on after studying the picture for awhile. Another hit with your song pick Angela. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

  9. A lot of letters ,quotes,and a hyphen,but I still solved the cartoon along w the anagrams.An easy Tuesday.

  10. Easy breezy “strait forward” Jumble this morning. Whether or not you have tacos for dinner, I hope you all have a good Tuesday.
