You try to ATTAIN a calm state…most times it’s wine you yearn…
Some subjects bring a SHROUD like veil across a child’s face,
And you sense concentration LEAVE…and ennui take its place…
But other times you see things click…and knowledge does ensue…
The hard work of the both of you is then ATTESTED TO! 📑
I love learning…and I love teaching the Littles…but after all these years, one gets to know right off the bat if anything’s registering…You get that look, and you just know…And it doesn’t pay to have them TEST your patience, you just need to take a deep breath and stay the COURSE… And here today it’s obvious that our couple did well in helping their daughter study for her History EXAM…That we can ATTEST TO…
So, par for the COURSE, again today we’ve one old anagram, TBYAT, which appeared in August of last year. And except maybe for SHROUD, I don’t think any of today’s words PULLED THE WOOL OVER YOUR EYES, so I don’t QUESTION your abilities…And the solve? Well the PROOF is in the pudding with this one today…Just STUDY the panel for a minute…NOTE the avoidance of the word TEST, and the use of EXAM instead? NOTE that our girl (with Jeff’s daisies on her shoes), “knew them all”? NOTE the paper in her hand heralding her accomplishment? Well that NOTE-TAKING paid off…because that score of A+, 100 % definitely ATTESTED TO the fact that she answered every one of those 10 questions correctly …a Great Job, indeed! Just as it says RIGHT there on her paper…And the rest is HISTORY!
And just as that school bus is seen taking LEAVE, so am I…since we’ve another puzzle that’s now HISTORY… Have a good one, Folks…Be well, stay safe… And I’m dedicating this educationally-themed puzzle to a good friend of mine who’s a bit of a klutz..and recently earned a Ph.D. in the HISTORY of Palindromes. 🙇🏻♂️There was such SHROUD like secrecy amongst the group that it drove him BATTY, and he decided to LEAVE knowing he’d never ATTAIN a position with them, no matter what he ATTESTED TO…🙇🏻♂️
👗The dress was so ill-fitting, it looked to be a SHROUD,
It no way did her justice…and she was graciously endowed…
She told them they were BATTY if they thought that she would pay
For something of this caliber…and she refused to stay…
“Don’t LEAVE” the tailor told her, “we can ATTAIN your wish,
You’re right it does seem shoddy, and it’s not looking stylish
We’ll have it fixed in no time…have it looking all brand new…”
And she’s waiting for the proof of all that he ATTESTED TO…👗
Good morning ! It’s Friday ! Start of the weekend ! The words came to me and no way I wanted to LEAVE , not one drove me BATTY , but when I went outside to start her car for work , the weather put a SHROUD on everything, but I still had to ATTAIN the jumble , so I came back in and was very pleased , but maybe not as pleased as the girls , proud mom and dad were on her history exam ! She got an A and answered every question right ! Very happy jumble , I loved it ! The word TEST came right out of the letters and the ones left made it a verb to ATTEST, the ED and TO had a happy home ! Let’s all have a straight A Start of the weekend !!!!

Good morning. Enjoyed today’s jumble. They were simple words but difficult for me. In fact I walked away and poured my coffee then returned and the words became clear for me. It amazes me how that little break clears your mind most of the time. Still short of a blind solve but at least I finished. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.
