So, today we’ve a split decision. Two old anagrams, two new. DARUF was seen in 2020, and CATTR in 2019. But all four were a BREEZE. The solve? DROPPED right into my lap…This idiom has been FLOATING AROUND for years! https://tinyurl.com/jrhhfzs8
And we’re on the beach…So, do you see what I mean? Notice all the spiral lines Jeff’s drawn from WINDY’s, I mean Wendy’s head? That hat is still spinning. I mean it’s not like it was halfway down the beach and Matt caught it and returned it to her. He was right there. So of course he picked it up AT THE DROP OF A HAT…But what was he doing so close? He’s right on top of her!…If you ask me what we have here is a stalker…with a smile…the worst kind!… And I don’t know about you, and I hate to make WAVES… but if it were me…and some guy COASTed up to me like that? It definitely would’ve BLOWN my mind!
And of course…you can be SHORE that if we’re anywhere near the water, Jeff’s Signature Sinking Sailboat will always make an apPIERance!

Good morning. Everything is back to normal. Easy jumble from the words to the cartoon answer. It’s amazing that when you hear a song 🎶 it transports you back in time. I believe I was installing the elevators in the Belmont Plaza Hotel at the time. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.
Entertaining puzzle today with a blind solve….Well, after taking a little peek at anagrams and ruling out BY and ON to start the phrase. Thought it might be AT….and the common phrase unfolded. That was good news because I had to back in AUTHOR. Great song, Angela. but unlike Paul, can’t remember what I did even yesterday afternoon !!! Listened to bits of your other two songs….must be folk song day in the northeast. A little mix of winter weather coming tomorrow….Brrr !!!
