  1. Good Morning, Everyone…. 🥂”AULD LANG SYNE”🥂*

🎶 Tiny BUBBLES (tiny bubbles)….In the wine (in the wine)…Make me happy (make me happy)…Make me feel fine (make me feel fine)…🎶 “Tiny Bubbles” – Dean Martin (circa 1970s) https://tinyurl.com/yckumxn3

So, our final puzzle for 2021. A year that for the most part hardly tickled anyone’s fancy…But as far as the Jumble goes…we’re going out with all new anagrams…a little something for us Jumble fans to celebrate…

New Years Eve…and a party’s being held at the home of Jeff and Kathy, where we can see that the clock’s about to bring in the new year. Also in attendance, David and Claire, and in the foreground their well dressed friends, Mac King, https://tinyurl.com/j9d5bkw8 the Comic Magician, and his wife Jennifer at right, and Mac’s cousin, Bill King, https://tinyurl.com/ycxkmv8x the cartoonist and graphic designer at left. The smiling woman beside him? I don’t know…but since I can see his left hand touching upon her shoulder, I’d say they know one another. And between all the smiling faces, the champagne being poured with bubbles rising, the upbeat dialogue, and the words “enthusiastic” and “champagne” being mentioned in our question?…I think it’s safe to say that they’re all…BUBBLY PEOPLE!

Jeff’s Gems? Kathy’s wearing an earring shaped like the Times Square New Years Eve Ball, Claire, a 2022 headband,…and Mac’s dressed in his signature plaid…And the champagne bottle’s label reads “Champ”, below the Signature Jumble “J” logo…The champagne flutes at front seem thinner than those at back…but maybe it’s just a flute…I mean fluke…But what really caught my eye?…Why are the King men wearing ascots? TBT, I was going to ask you all to vote on whether you think it’s a scarf, a cravat or an ascot? But then I just went with the ascot…I figured the voting may have just ended a tie…

So, There you have it Folks, Done. Have a good one. Be well, stay safe out there tonight, and if you’re making any resolutions..think wisely. You’d hate to have them just go in one YEAR and out the other…🥂🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🥂The message on the cork board in the LOBBY reminding the tenants about New Years Eve contained a BLURB that stated …”Just a small gathering for all the BUBBLY PEOPLE…There’ll be Champagne, hors d’oeuvres, BAKERY goods, and everyone goes home with a shiny, brand new 2022 COPPER penny”!🥂

🤷🏻‍♂️The drapery in the LOBBY was changed to a COPPER hue,
And she came back from the BAKERY, surprised with the whole view…
She looked around and couldn’t help but think it was absurd,
Then saw the BLURB upon the wall that said…”Do not disturb…
The Super about drapery, he knows it doesn’t match,
The story’s long..and boring…and of course there is a catch
He knows that they look awful, and he’s hoping soon to pull…
Them down…so give him a few days…and stay BUBBLY, PEOPLE”🤷🏻‍♂️

      • Mine too, Mig, from as far back as I can remember. And it’s the strangest thing…Every page I follow on Facebook, from the news outlets to the political forums, to the shopping sites, to the cooking blogs…every one of them has been posting about her ever since the news broke. It’s amazing…And I definitely had a cry today over losing her. One of those ugly cries too…She’s the epitome of a Golden Girl to me…and she’ll forever be remembered as such…💔😢

  3. Good morning. The words were a snap but the cartoon answer took a little time to get. Finally it clicked,”Champagne – bubbles” ergo bubble people. Beautiful way to end the year with a Dean Martin song Angela. Hope everyone has a great New Years and will get back to you in 2022. Until then take care.

    • Good Morning, Paul. Glad you enjoyed it. And wishing you a great night too. 🥂🙋🏻‍♀️

  4. No blind solve to end the year, but all in all, it has been a good Jumble Year, with many blind solves in the book. Anagrams solved easily except extra time spent on BAKERY. Who woulda’ thought !! Angela, thanks for pointing out the little Gems in the puzzle cartoon…and thanks for a Dean Martin song to end the year.

  5. These folks are just full of good cheer
Ringing in a brand new year
    With bubbly in hand
    They know where they stand
As they welcome 2022 without fear!

  6. Anagrams were all a quick solve,as was the cartoon blind solve answer, given the multitude of ‘B’ s,bubbly was an obvious first choice, followed by bubbly people.Happy New Year to one and all.

  7. 🥂 Today is NATIONAL CHAMPAGNE DAY! SIP, SIP, Hooray! But while this FIZZ the Season, let’s not make POUR decisions, and wake up tomorrow with a giant ChamPAIN in the head…🥂🙋🏻‍♀️

    • LOL! Even with a plaid suit? Thanks, Jeff…And a Happy and Healthy New Year to you and yours. Enjoy! 🥂🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. I had the last word as Breaky, as in “Achy Breaky Heart.” Still got the answer before I started though.

  9. 🍾It’s a night to enjoy our old friends,
As another year comes to an end…
And we drink and we smile,
    Memories hold for a while…
As the old and the New Year they blend…🍾

🤞🏻New Year’s Eve and we see these eight meet,
Long time friends and together they greet…
To bring in a new year,
    Hopefully one of cheer…
‘Cause the last two? They ain’t been that sweet…🤞🏻

🥂 As we watch the years come and then go,
There are some things for sure that we know…
    The champagne in that glass?
    Can knock you on your….
Tonight’s bubbly may be ‘morrows woe! 🥂

    • 👏🏻👏🏻! Glad you enjoyed it, Agnes! And a Happy New Year to you and yours..🥂🙋🏻‍♀️

  10. I just received a news bulletin that beloved Betty White passed away…days shy of her 100th Birthday…RIP Beautiful Lady…You‘ll always be a National Treasure in my book. God speed, Ms White…💔😥

  11. Answer for dec 31,2021. In addition to Bakery, the word Breaky is also an English word. Hate it when more than one opfion applies.
