  1. Good Morning, Everyone 📀 NOW “THAIR” WAS A HIT SONG! 📀

    🎶She loves you, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH…🎶 – The Beatles 1963 https://tinyurl.com/2d5xmm8e

📀 The Beatles in their HEYDAY…Well, it’s all hard to EQUATE,
They took our country quite by storm…hot right out of the gate,
The year was 1964, “She Loves You” took top spot,
Compared to other singles? Like a rowboat to a YACHT…
And all the naysayers who laughed, HYENA-like at it,
They dined on crow, many a day…’cause it was quite the hit
And John and Paul knew they struck gold…to hearts it did endear…
Of course they smiled, answering..”Hit song? Oh YEAH, YEAH, YEAH”📀

I can’t begin to count how many times The Beatles have appeared in the Jumble over the years.…but rest assured it’s always a welcomed theme..

So, no new words, but some fresh anagrams. And it was YACHT and HEYDAY that caused the Early Birds a blink or two. I heard Catchy being bandied about, and we had a conversation over Heyday. I think it’s the E vs the A…They sound the same, but the difference in the spelling is a tad confusing…But both were easy enough to decipher…The solve? Unless you’ve never heard of The Beatles…it was just lying there waiting to be PLAYED…”She Loves You” https://tinyurl.com/2rheb24w a hit song? …YEAH, YEAH, YEAH…

Our cartoon? The Beatles being interviewed about whether or not they knew they “had a hit” on their hands…and all four answering in the affirmative. But…uh…Paul’s legs? HELP! …I’VE GOT A FEELING that SOMETHING went wrong! But I’M SO TIRED..so maybe I’ll just LET IT BE…and hopefully WE CAN WORK IT OUT!

So, There you have it Folks, Done. Have a good one. Be well, stay safe…and I leave you with ALL MY LOVING…📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. AND OUT OF THE ARCHIVES…🔠🙋🏻‍♀️
The puzzle of 08/23/12…The question: “When Beatles fans were asked if they liked the song “She Loves You”, they said”…The solve: YEAH, YEAH, YEAH!

  3. 🤷🏻‍♂️ When they told him that they’d EQUATE his laugh to that of a HYENA, he walked off the YACHT saying…”YEAH, YEAH, YEAH…say whatever you’d like…at least I’m still in my HEYDAY”…🤷🏻‍♂️

🛳 They told him he could come aboard and join them on their YACHT,
They also had a list of “rules”…the do’s and the do nots…
He read it through and thought it did EQUATE to quite a farce,
The things he was “allowed” to do…well that part pretty sparse…
And since he was still very much ensconced in his HEYDAY,
He just declined their offer…said…”Perhaps another day”…
He’d seen their friends…one acted like a HYENA let loose,
And they intend to dictate? It’s just akin to abuse!
He didn’t need the third degree, he’d rather not appear…
He shook his head…A list of rules? He just laughed…”YEAH, YEAH, YEAH”…🛳

  4. 📀 With lyrics that seemed somewhat odd,
The Beatles had a hit quite mod…
    Fevered pitch, it was grand,
    Song heard throughout the land…
Def success was attained by this quad! 📀

🎸 They set out to write a new song,
“She Loves You”…done not after long…
    They sure struck a chord,
    Everyone was on board…
And sales numbers proved really strong…🎸

📀 The 60’s and Brits did invade,
A new sound became quite the rave…
    The Beatles arrived,
    And no one denied…
The Fab Four definitely had it made! 📀

🎸 When Paul and John sat down to write,
“She Loves You” came into the light…
    It reached Number One,
    A streak had begun…
    And didn’t take “A Hard Day’s Night”! 🎸

📀 The fans were beginning to show,
How smitten they started to grow…
    The young girls would scream,
    And the Beatles did beam…
A hit song? Why yes, they did know! 📀

    • I’ll have to get up even earlier to keep up with you Angela!

The Beatles knew right from the start
That they had elevated the art
      It was always a “yeah”
      And rarely a “nay”
As words and music came from the heart!

      • Hi Helen…I knew that I’d be juggling today…so I needed to get stuff done last night. It’s a lot easier for me to post before I try to get some sleep…Have a good one! 📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  5. HYENA and HEYD slowed my rolll.
Reading the dialog and having lived through the Beatles era made the solution a snap.
    Yeah, yeah, yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Hey Mig…I think whether one lived through the era or not, this one was a given…Have a good one, Mig. Enjoy…📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. Good morning ! First off , it was easy except for YACHT, I had to cheat on that one , but the jumble ! The Beatles are one group I not only grew up , but enjoyed every song ! As soon as I read “she loves you” , without even looking at the letters, l said YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, 🎶 With a “jumble” like that, you know you should be glad! 🎶 I had a HEYDAY on this one . It definitely did EQUATE very easily! I really enjoyed today’s jumble ! You all have a great day , & Let it be !

    • It’s always enjoyable seeing a Beatles puzzle…and this was no exception…Enjoy your day, Jim! 📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  7. Basic blind solve today…when I saw the Beatles, I first started looking for the word “four” but upon glancing at the anagrams and seeing lots of y’s, h’s and vowels, the solution became obvious before doing the easy anagrams…have a great one from South Georgia!!

    • Way too obvious, Alan. But fun just the same. Wishing you a great day too…📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Good morning. The cartoon answer was so easy that I even got a blind solve on Angela’s song choice. I was stuck on both five letter words so I went to the cartoon and immediately solved it. Figuring out the letters I needed I was able to finally get both words. Disguised the way they were really gave me a time. But I laughed at my final success again. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • Good Morning, Paul…The solve was a piece of cake…but David definitely gave us great anagrams. Be well and stay safe out there, Paul…and have a great day…📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  9. At first glance, I had to wonder Y all the Ys but Yeah, Yeah, Yeah they made the cartoon an easy solve. Some Equate owning a Yacht or having a pet Hyena as being in their Heyday. I remember watching The Beatles on Ed Sullivan on our B&W TV and wondering Y my older sisters were going so crazy! What an era that was. More glorious sun and a high of 76 in OTown today. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!

  10. Just like Jim, easy blind solve and just couldn’t unscramble YACHT…and I’ve unscrambled before…and knew the letter placements. Oh well. Marsha looked over and said “Could it be YACHT”?? And a last little comment….I think today was the easiest puzzle ever to solve. Don’t think even the blind squirrel was fooled today. He’s got his tiny headphones on and is foraging for nuts while listening to Beatle’s songs…Such a life !!

    • LOL! Blind squirrel! You may be right, Terry. Whether you solve by the cartoon alone, or use the letters, this one was served up on a silver platter…Enjoy your day, Terry. Hope you’re both doing well…📀🙋🏻‍♀️

    • That’s funny, cause when I show the words to my wife , with no hesitation she’ll say it’s YACHT ! I roll my eyes 🙄

  11. Easy answer as long as you know the song, but the words were more difficult. Hardest for me was Heyday, which I backed into.

    • Good Morning, Caroline. I’m sure a lot of players will agree with you. David’s drummed up some great anagrams today… Have a good one, Caroline…Enjoy! 📀🙋🏻‍♀️

  12. Letters were wild choices today w the repeats .Anagrams came quickly, and I recognized yeah ,yeah as the first 2 words, but was surprised to see a third yeah in the solution,

    • Hi Professor..I’m wondering why you were surprised, when the song has three Yeahs in it…🤷🏻‍♀️

  13. Yeah it was an easy solve this morning When I saw it was a Beatles puzzle I thought, well they’re not going to fool me this morning, four will definitely be in the answer, since I missed it in the last Beatles puzzle we had. Alas, four was nowhere to be found but it was definitely a cute puzzle. Have a good day all!

    • Didn’t even have any of the letters! 😉 Wishing you a good day too, Betty.📀🙋🏻‍♀️
