  1. Good Morning, Everyone…. 🏇🏼THE BRIDLE SWEET 🏇🏼

🎶 I got the HORSE right here, the name is Paul Revere…And here’s a guy that says if the weather’s clear…Can do, can do, this guy says the HORSE can do….If he says the HORSE can do, can do, can do…🎶 “Fugue for Tinhorns” – Stubby Kaye, Johnny Silver, and Danny Dayton 1955 https://tinyurl.com/y5jrc3ov

🏇🏼Horse #7’s LUCKY, obvious from that first turn,
They watched him ROUND the half way mark…and they began to yearn…
They’d definitely THRIVE with this…a win would be just great,
The jockey’s shiny VIOLET silks shown brightly from the gate…
This race day at the Jumble Downs…for 7 history…
He ran wire to wire and it LED TO VICTORY…🏇🏼

While our horse don’t look all that happy, https://tinyurl.com/y2pd2oy5 …the Jockey sure does, as does the older guy at left, holding his racing form, and his buddy, holding a ticket that reads “Jumble Downs” “7 To Win..“ and a wager that’s too obscure to read. And our woman’s holding her “7 – $2” ticket aloft… Ah…the thrill of VICTORY…And you can BET they’ll all be JOCKEYing for POSITION to collect at those windows! Have a good day, Everyone. Be well, stay safe… And remember…In order to keep a STABLE mind…use some HORSE sense…And when something doesn’t feel right? Don’t be afraid to say NEIGH…🏇🏼🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🥀 She considered herself LUCKY to find the VIOLET plant with the little ROUND berries, and after it began to THRIVE she entered it in the local Horticulture Trade Fair, hoping it LED TO VICTORY…🥀

🤷🏻‍♂️ Admiring his fortitude they dubbed him being plucky,
But he knew that a lot of it came ‘bout ‘cause he was LUCKY
Having just earned his VIOLET chip from AA, he was pleased
He fingered it, so sleek and ROUND…and it filled him with ease
AA had definitely saved him, he would THRIVE…be a new he…
Sobriety felt oh so good…and LED TO VICTORY …🤷🏻‍♂️

  3. Good morning. Easy breezy with the words and just a slight hiccup on the cartoon answer. Loved your song choice Angela Especially the video that went with it. It’s been many years since I saw the movie. Brought back a lot of fond memories. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe

  4. No problem w the anagrams, and even the v’s were not a problem. The cartoon solution was also a quick solve with victory ‘leading’ to a quick “led to victory ” solution.

  5. Hi all – I saw a lot of possibilities before getting VIOLET – “I’L VOTE” “TO LIVE” “OLIVE-T” and “VOLATILE”. Then it was another day when I was really glad I’m not in charge of posting the answer. The two-letter word had to be IT or TO, but I couldn’t come up with a plausible three-letter word at all. I was *just* about to give up when I finally saw LED which solved it. Congrats to Paul and Chuck for seeing it quickly. I’ll have to console myself with the fact that so far 506 votes found the answer the most difficult versus the 277 who said they had no problem.

    Good wishes to everyone.

“He was LUCKY to discover that his VIOLET plants would THRIVE when fed with ROUND pellets of fertilizer rather than liquid.”

Thanks for the picture link, Angela. I was having a bit of trouble expanding it, so I couldn’t see the guy’s ticket, and thought the woman’s ticket had three numbers and wondered if she was playing a trifecta.
Also, your mention of Stubby Kaye brought back memories of Ed Sullivan and other TV variety shows.

  6. Pretty easy today, just a small whinny on the final turn to the Jumble answer. Hoping the Dodgers get off to a fast start today and cruise to a 4 game victory! I want to see them THRIVE!!
