  1. Good Morning, Everyone. 🚀HE MUSK KNOW SOMETHING 🚀

🎶 And I think it’s gonna be a long long time…’Till touch down brings me round again to find…I’m not the man they think I am at home…Oh no no no I’m a ROCKET MAN…🎶 “Rocket Man” – Sir Elton John 1972 https://tinyurl.com/yyu4pv9l

🚀 With Elon Musk and SpaceX, imagine how we’d soar,
If stock shares came to be, and we got in on the ground floor…
But that’s not a reality, there’s nothing there will CREST,
Yet if it were, I’d be in line along with all the rest…
Seems Mr Musk just has a KNACK for travel into space,
Determined as he always was…he’s definitely earned his place,
The YONDER that is out there, called to him in STEREO…
Where few men went before him…he just knew that he would go
Successful as he is now, you just know he’s lined his pockets…
And SpaceX’s revenue is definitely slated to SKYROCKET! 🚀

🎶 Saturday, Saturday 🎶…Nothing new to report word wise…but we do have a reSOUNDing repeat anagram from 2014…TORESE. Set backs? It was a toss up: ..STEREO and YONDER. Two Early Birds on the first, and two on the latter…They just couldn’t get it off the ground..

So, Elon Musk. https://tinyurl.com/c5w86nw. I have to admit, when I heard the name for the first time? I thought it was a fragrance…I love Musk…I wear Musk..so you can imagine my disappointment when I found out I was so off track…But I digress…Today we see Mr Musk at what appears to be a meeting of SpaceX https://tinyurl.com/pqebe7t employees. And we overhear him sharing the news that with the success of their launches, things are definitely looking UP…and revenue has definitely begun to SKYROCKET! https://tinyurl.com/y4meef5u TESLA’s really good one, David…And I like seeing Elon standing there like the Rocket Man…

So, There you have it Folks, Done. Wishing you all a good day, and I’ll leave you with a little dab of Musk…humor… I hope Elon never gets involved in any kind of a scandal…I can just imagine Elon-Gate being really drawn out….🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🛡Having a KNACK for creating logos, he sat at his desk, turned up the STEREO, and began working on his plan to pattern their CREST with a wild blue YONDER graphic…and the ideas began to SKYROCKET…🛡

⚱️Her Mother had an old Knick-KNACK atop the STEREO,
The bottom of it was engraved…”Way out in YONDER go”…
It sat beside the frame that held a picture of their CREST,
The family was proud of it…it was one of the best…
The lamp though standing next to it, was too far from the socket…
It tipped and fell, and Mother Dear? The swearing did SKYROCKET! ⚱️

…Be well, and stay safe out there…🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. Good morning. Backed into Stereo because I had a blind solve on the cartoon answer. Since I now knew the three letters S,O and E, it was just minute to nail the elusive word for me. Loved your song choice Angela. It was a no-brainer. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • Good Morning, Brooklyn. I’m with you, definitely a no-brainer on both the puzzle and the song… Have a good one, Paul. Be well and stay safe out there…🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

  4. The words were a challenge. I had to back into all of them except Knack. Your thought that Musk’s name was a fragrance made me smile, Angela. Wishing all a good weekend.

    • Good Morning, Caroline. We haven’t seen you since Wednesday..I hope all is well. Glad to give you a smile…we could all use more of them. And I’m glad you stuck with the puzzle. I think today’s definitely one of those days when the solve is much easier than the words…Wishing you a good one, Caroline. Be well and stay safe. 🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

      • All good here. I’ve been keeping up with the blog. Some very funny stuff this week.
        Wishing you the same.

        • Thank you, Caroline..and I’m glad all is well…And yes, it has been an interesting week. 😉🙋🏻‍♀️

  5. I came up with RODNEY for the third word. Is that Rodney Dangerfield speaking to the Space-X audience? But it’s a proper noun, and, since I imagine that proper nouns are not allowed, I thought it may have become a common noun, like diesel. But then I found YONDER, which is nearly backwards for RODNEY. SKYROCKET into the wild blue YONDER. The first thing I solved with this Jumble, almost instantly, was the cartoon clue, SKYROCKET. I found STEREO especially hard with its EO and especially with it being at the end of the word.

    • Good Morning, Jim. Dangerfield speaking to the audience? Good one, but no, not today. Jeff’s nailed Musk’s image…And I saw Rodney in the letters too…Uh oh…Are we beginning to think alike? Perish the thought!! 😉 But as far as STEREO goes, we’ve seen it many, many times..the last being just this past March. https://tinyurl.com/y6l9k3ol And for some reason, it always seems to be a stumper. And as I told Caroline, Skyrocket’s a giveaway…it’s the words that are catching people today. Have a good one, Jim. Be well and stay safe out there…🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. A stay at home weekend for us w no twin watching in Dixon.Bet Kate & Jane are missing Gramma and maybe even Grampa. Anagrams went quickly, even stereo, which was a fill in yesterday in the crossword puzzle. As far as the cartoon,I misunderstood the reference, thinking at first revenues were declining rather than increasing. After I realized my mistake, skyrocket was a quick solve.

    • Good Morning, Professor. Yes, Skyrocket is a quick solve…glad you “rose” to the occasion! 😂 Have a good one, Prof…Be well and stay safe…🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

  7. Angela, you must have an extra Y floating around your genome because Elon-gate is definitely a ‘Dad Joke’…… My solution of the puzzle was hindered by thinking TORESE was SORTEE, which I am sure is a valid word. I revisited the anagtrams when the answer wasn’t coming and found STEREO. After that it all fell in place…………
I think you should somehow be paid, perhaps as a guest Jumbler?

    • Extra Y? LOL! Not the last time I looked…but you never know! I’ll check again later…and get back to you on that…😂 And there’s nothing wrong with a good Dad Joke every once in a while! 😉(I think it’s the delivery that counts)! Sortee’s come up before, now that you mention it, but Sortie is the word you’re looking for….And as far as getting paid? Thanks… That’s kind of you to say…And, TBT? I think so too! 😂…But it doesn’t work that way…Besides, I’m a firm believer that my reward’s coming in Heaven…😂😂..Ok, I need to stop…before I hurt myself!!! Have a good one, Mig…Be well and stay safe…🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

    • Hi Mig – How did you like the coincidence that the home run that put the Dodgers ahead was hit by Will Smith off the Atlanta reliever Will Smith – the first time two players with the same name had ever faced each other in the playoffs? You owe the Giants a vote of thanks for not keeping the pitcher somehow.

  8. Hi all – Got the answer just from the cartoon. I recognized STEREO from having been stuck on it before. The third word stopped me. “Drone-y” looks like what that and most every other business meeting speech is, or it’s possibly another SpaceX venture closer to Earth. I fell into the trap of assuming the Y was at the end, but when I put it first, YONDER became obvious.

My first thought about the cartoon was that neither of those looked like SpaceX rockets, but a quick online search proved me wrong.

    Good wishes to everyone.

About the song, Angela – it was “a long, long time” before we ever figured out the lyric “Burning out his fuse up here alone.” The closest we got for awhile was something about “the news of Avalon.”

“My brother had the KNACK of making the volume CREST *just* below speaker-destroying levels while playing “Into the wild blue YONDER” on our STEREO.”
🎵”We’ll live in fame or go down in flames
Nothing can stop the Army Air Corps.”🎵(Original version)

    • When that song first came out, it had everybody tripping over the lyrics…Sometimes I still hear people butchering them…😉Have a good one, Steve. Be well and stay safe. 🚀🙋🏻‍♀️

  9. Stereo has tripped me up in the past but I got it without difficulty this morning. Had to back into yonder – like others I kept seeing Rodney and knew that wasn’t correct. Cartoon answer was a snap. Wishing all of you a good Saturday.

    • Hi Betty. Looks like Rodney was definitely on the radar this morning! Wishing you a good Saturday too, Betty. Be well and stay safe out there. 🚀🙋🏻‍♀️
