You’ll find the answer to this puzzle rather interesting!

👨🏻✈️It’s early morning at an Army camp and the First Sergeant was doing ROLL CALL, reading out the names listed on a piece of paper:
Just then, the soldier closest to the Sarge whispered into his ear…The Sarge looked again at what the last name really said, quickly turned over the paper…And continued calling the names printed on the other side…
…And that’s how they DROLLed! 😉 🙋🏻♀️
I’m enjoying these old puzzles, Mike. Thanks.
You’re most welcome, Betty. 😊
I’m enjoying these a lot also. That is a good puzzle answer. Unfortunately, my joke about roll call can’t be printed here. 😂
Good Morning, Everyone. 👩👩👦I hope this finds you well…👩👩👦
🎶 RELATIVEly speaking you make me who I am…I need you exactly like the ocean needs the land..I need you like the sunshine needs the shadows and the night..I need you the way love needs the savage hurtful fight…🎶 “ Relatively Speaking” – John Denver 1982 https://tinyurl.com/yy2vsuqz
👨👨👧👧👩👩👦My Father always told us that friends you got to choose,
But Family came just as is…you take them, win or lose…
You MUDDLE through the years with them…you share life’s VIDEO,
A lot of it is DROLL at times…but that’s just how life goes…
You share the TRAUMA and the joy…a lot of take and give…
But in the end..be small or big…it’s just ALL RELATIVE! 👩👩👦👨👨👧👧
Relatives…For those of you who know me..I think I’ll share this…My family is always annoyed with the fact that I have a really bad sense of direction…So recently I just packed my bags and right…Ok, I‘ll wait…Anyway, I just couldn’t resist….COUSIN was just dying to get out…And with that said…our words…
Nothing new to add to the Jumble FAMILY’S Playbook today, and we’ve just one word playing double duty. LORDL – having paid a visit back on July 12th, 2014, just as is. And all four words have appeared within the past few years. But the word that had the Early Birds crying UNCLE? TRAUMA…in fact, three of them suffered total defeat…But the solve? Now that they shared KINship with…Every one of them had something to write HOME about…Ok..Now, let’s BREAK BREAD…I mean move ahead with todays cartoon.
Two couples, a photo album, and a round of mine’s bigger than yours. We find ourselves in the living room of the woman who has five brothers and sisters, being upstaged by her guest, the woman who has eight. And one can’t help but think …”definitely before cable TV”. All the while, their husbands stand in the background, playing the same game. Definitely a new twist on SIBLING Rivalry…But the bottom line? It’s ALL RELATIVE… https://tinyurl.com/yyzh7mzl …And with smiles all around, there’s no cause to BROOD!
A closer look at that photo album… https://tinyurl.com/y5buzkc8 We see a pic of the six kids at a carnival, four photos of them at different stages (a Birthday party? A Wedding)? posing abreast, and another showing them playing in what looks like a bouncy house…perhaps at a Jumble Gym..I mean a Jungle Gym. And our other woman is searching her phone for proof that Eight Wasn’t Enough…What can I say? Oh BROTHER’s all that comes to mind…
Have a good one, Folks. Be well, stay safe…and let’s all take some time out to COUNT our blessings…👩👩👦👨👨👧👧🙋🏻♀️
🍫 FAMILIES ARE LIKE FUDGE…MOSTLY SWEET…
… BUT WITH A FEW NUTS🍫
🤦🏻♂️ Despite being aware that it was ALL RELATIVE, he knew he’d not withstand the TRAUMA of having to MUDDLE through another night listening to the DROLL commentary of the lodge president’s camping VIDEO…🤦🏻♂️
🍹 She sat and watched him making drinks, he’d MUDDLE with the fruit,
And laughed because while mixing them, he splashed upon his suit…
She knew her sense of humor, maybe DROLL at the wrong times,
But anybody should have known you’d get squirts from those limes…
It shouldn’t cause this TRAUMA though, maybe it’s what he gets,
For learning how to bartend from a VIDEO’s vignettes…
He didn’t have the right tools…he should have used a sieve,
Since making drinks the right way? Turns out it’s ALL RELATIVE! 🍹
Trauma gave me reason to pause, but working backwards from the ” all relative” cartoon solution gave me the trauma solution. The cartoon featured a “large” family of 6 and a family of 9. My wife’s family wins the contest,as she has 8 brothers and 8 sisters, for a total of 17 in her family.
Good Morning, Professor. Yep, Trauma got my friends too. It’s exceptionally anagrammed. But before you take the crown…My Grandfather was one of 23 children. Totally mind-boggling….Have a good one, Prof. Be well and stay safe out there…👨👨👧👧🙋🏻♀️
I concede your grandfather wins!
No wonder your family wound up in New York. There wasn’t *room* for them in Italy!
Wow, Angela, that’s quite a brood. My Grandfather was one of 21 children but his father was married twice because his first wife died. Was your grandfather married more than once too?
Hi Betty…IKR? Phew! …But it was my Grandfather who was one of the 23 children….and it was the only marriage for my Great-Grandparents. Again….PHEW! 🤦🏻♀️
Hi Everyone – I was stuck on both Video and Trauma and had to back into both. The 3 “L’s” from the other two words helped me find All and the rest.
Good Morning, Caroline. It looks like Trauma’s going to do some serious damage today. Traumatizing …to say the least! Enjoy your day, Caroline. Be well and stay safe. 👨👨👧👧🙋🏻♀️
Good morning. I was stuck for quite some time on Trauma. I must have picked the paper up and down for close
to two hours. Loved your pictures Mike, I’d swear I thought I recognized a relative or two. Loved your song choice Angela, enjoyed the ying and yang of it. Another first on hearing it. Chuck, your wife literally took the saying “ Don’t be late for dinner“ to heart. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.
Tks, Paul. Have a good one. Be well and stay safe. 👩👩👦🙋🏻♀️
It’s been just shy of four years, but here’s the last time TRAUMA was used. And I do think today’s anagram is more of a challenge. https://tinyurl.com/ybcqaj3f 👨👨👧👧🙋🏻♀️
TUAARM evaded me and I even have some training in it (same thing happened a while back with FIBULA or was it TIBIA? With many Ls floating around I said “What the ELL” and came up with ALL RELATIVE. Double letters helped in DROLL and MUDDLE but not TRAUMA. Another day another fun Jumble!
Maybe some very slight and patchy rain in SoCal tomorrow, overcast and chilly today, all good for winding down our many fires. Hopefully no more man-made pyrotechnics but we never know…
Fingers crossed, Mig.🤞🏻💦🙋🏻♀️
Got all the words without difficulty today, even trauma. Happy Friday to all. Stay Safe!
Tks, Betty. Wishing you the same.👨👨👧👧🙋🏻♀️
Just popping in to say hi and to share this link to a 1980s “Jumble Game Show Presentation” from Wink Martindale’s YouTube Channel. Someone e-mailed this to me this morning.
Thank you for playing Jumble. Jeff and I sure appreciate it!
Thanks, David. So campy, right? …And rest assured, we in turn truly appreciate you both! Be well David, and stay safe out there…🙋🏻♀️
I actually watched this last Saturday night when I was looking at Jumble videos on YouTube! 😂
Hi all – Now *there’s* the proper word DROLL which people thought was DROLE as a second solution for OLDER recently (if memory serves).
Putting the odd ‘U’ in the right place was the key to seeing TRAUMA.
The answer was obvious from the cartoon.
Enjoyed your story about packing your bags, Angela. Left on!
Good wishes to everyone.
LOL! Left on, indeed! Tks, Steve. Be well and stay safe.👨👨👧👧🙋🏻♀️
Now I get Angela’s joke. Thanks, Steve.
😂😂 👍🏻 <——- Now that’s a left thumb, right? I mean correct? Oh forget it!
PS – Happy Birthday to John Lennon. He would have been 80 today.
