Who’s “Hoo”? I got the anagrams with no problem,,and guessed the cartoon answer as, who’s who!The who’s “Hoo” answer,kind of stumped me,as I was looking for another W.
I originally thought the same as Chuck but didn’t have another W so ended up with Hoo. Happy Monday to all.
Same for me Chuck except I’ve noticed the cartoon’s answer can be quite loosely interpreted
so just accept ‘hoo’ cuz it was there, you see??

Please don’t think I’m trying to come off as a know it OWL, but the two owls speaking was another clue. “Which owl”? = WHO? 📿 Yes, he did HARBOR doubts…but he desperately wanted to try to LASSO a steer; only after becoming WOOZY, and needing to stop in order to EXHALE, he realized he’d never make it into the WHO’S WHO of Neighborhood Rodeo Champions….📿
👮🏻♂️ He waited at the HARBOR, as nervous as could be,
Each inhale and each EXHALE…they weren’t coming free…
He felt himself get WOOZY, but grabbed onto a rope,
The LASSO that was hanging there definitely helped him cope
