Good Morning, Everyone. I hope this finds you well…🙋🏻♀️
👗 Filled with BLISS as she anxiously awaited delivery of the new SUEDE dress, the color of a tawny FELINE, she was BESIDE HERSELF with disappointment when it turned out to fit heavy and encompassing on her, feeling like a SHROUD…👗
💃🏻 He watched her walk around the room, she with the FELINE moves…
Dressed all in SUEDE and flirting with whoever she behooved
So confident and smiling…the men all feeling BLISS,
And all that he could think of was to hold her and to kiss…
Her presence overpowering…like wrapped up in a SHROUD,
If he could win her for himself, he knew he’d be so proud…
But most likely she’d break his heart…he’d end up an ice shelf…
‘Cause he had doubts that she’d love anyone BESIDE HERSELF…💃🏻
Good morning. A fairly easy puzzle today. My choice for hardest word was Feline. I jumped to the cartoon and had an instant solve and suspecting I was right realized I needed an I, two Es and an F to be right. From there I came up with Feline. Until tomorrow stay well.
Hi Everyone – I thought the first clue word might be Eduse but learned the correct spelling is Educe
The answer would be very tough without the picture.
Hi all – “Double sighted” fit for the answer but had the wrong letters. A minute of staring showed BESIDE HERSELF, which I needed to back into FELINE. When I saw which letters I needed for that I tried FE to start and saw it.
I remember reading about a famous artist (art deco or impressionist?) who shipped a set of mirrors or glass panels to an exhibition only to have them arrive cracked, and then I was surprised that they showed them anyway and some said it had even increased the value! I couldn’t find the story on the internet, though.
Good wishes to everyone.
“If you open the SUEDE-lined box containing Schrödinger’s FELINE, you’ll determine whether you’ll feel BLISS or need a SHROUD, but before that happens she’s BESIDE HERSELF.”
“The piece is partly constructed as a retrospective of Duchamp’s works, including a three-dimensional reproduction of his earlier paintings Bride (1912), Chocolate Grinder (1914) and Glider containing a water mill in neighboring metals (1913–1915), which has led to numerous interpretations. The work was formally declared “Unfinished” in 1923. Returning from its first public exhibition in a shipping crate, the glass suffered a large crack. Duchamp repaired it, but left the smaller cracks in the glass intact, accepting the chance element as a part of the piece.”
Hey Steve, Love all these jumbles & have been doing them for what seems like forever!! Today’s was about average & feline was my candidate for the toughest & of course that had to be the one with the most letters circled!! I was actually able to solve the final answer, “Beside Herself” first, so I knew which letters I needed & the rest as they say is History!! Thanks for another GREAT challenge, keep up the good work!!
Thanks Allen, but Mike is the creator of this Jumble Answers site, and neither of us create the Jumble, we just comment on it. We’ve all been doing the puzzles forever, like yourself.

Hey Steve…I think I may know what you’re speaking of…
Maybe Marcel Duchamp? Early-mid 1900’s? The Bride Stripped Bare? 🤷🏻♀️

That’s it. Thanks, Angela! I figured if anyone knew, it would be you.
Looks like the piece is “The Large Glass” and comprises “Bride” and others.
