Seriously cooked. It could be HIGH ASPIRE. There is something wrong with both answers. The church does have a spire, and churches usually help people aspire to the highest. But it doesn’t seem grammatically correct, using a verb as an adjective. HIGH PRAISE reflects the choice of fourth best monument but churches are not characterized primarily by praise but by other concepts such as religion, God, and holy. There is also the off the wall answer HIGH SPIREA (although I bet there are roses growing near the church), as well as several answers containing HEGIRA, which is a different religion.

Hi Doug. It’s been suggested a few times today. But you know that we just report the news here…we don’t make it. And while the logic of “aspiring higher” may ring true, IMO. the wording HIGH ASPIRE just doesn’t “sound” correct in answer to the puzzles question. The PRAISE holds a double meaning here.
