Nice cap on Saturday to end a very fun and entertaining week of jumbles ! The anagrams made me GIGGLE after yesterdays fun one ! I didn’t have to UPROOT any of them ! So not one was UNCUT , so I went and had a FLOSS so I could smile for getting them all ! The jumble , to try to skate the number 8 , and leave out FIGURE for a figure-eight , was right there , and OUT was left , so it was easy to FIGURE OUT ! Hope everyone has a great Saturday and to get ready for a wonderful merry Christmas !!!!!

Good morning. Redemption, an easy group of words to get and even an easier cartoon solution with a quick blind solve. Love this time of year. The people are more friendly and less hostile. Not being Italian I miss that side of Christmas the most. My father-in-law was a tight wad but my mother-in-law made do with what he gave her for the fish dinner on Christmas Day. Being German, Christmas Eve was always our big day which still is. Dec 25 is opening your own gifts then off to in-laws for that Italian feast after church. Until tomorrow take care.

Good Morning, Paul. The fish dinner is Christmas Eve, not Day. Until the clock strikes 12…then the zeppoles and the meat come out! Take care…⛸️🙋🏻♀️

Sorry Angela but the Germans had Christmas Eve and the Italians had Christmas Day by us. we opened our presents with everyone Christmas Eve and my wife and kids Christmas Day. Then to in-laws

Yes, Paul. I understood what you meant. And I wasn’t questioning how you spent your Holidays, I just meant that the Italian “tradition” is to celebrate with “the fishes” on Christmas Eve, not on Christmas Day as you stated. Christmas Day is for the soup, and lasagna and ham, etc…And of course the days are split with in-laws. Bottom line, it’s enough food to last into the New Year! 😂🙋🏻♀️

When you’re just learning to skate
It’s hard, that figure of eight
Same with a spin
Don’t land on your chin
To that I can relate!
As a child in the UK, I didn’t learn to skate. It’s a lot harder to learn as an adult! With our weather changing in the northern parts of the world, outdoor ice is much less common. Right now it looks like a very rainy Christmas here in S. Ontario.
