  1. Good Morning, Everyone…🧺 PUTTING A NEW SPIN ON THINGS 🧺

🎶 I met her one day at the LAUNDROMAT…She turned around and smiled at me, ya get the picture? (Yes, we see)….And that’s when I fell in love with the Leader Of the Laundromat…🎶 “Leader of the Laundromat” – The Detergents 1965 http://tinyurl.com/ywzcbz7w

🧺 They both FULLY determined to STOMP out bills so high,
Went through their options STRAND by strand, seeing what went awry…
And flexible they had to be, no WOODEN stance would do,
When said and done they opted for appliances brand new…
And now we overhear our girl as she says to her Honey…
“It paid off to invest like this, we’re saving LOADS OF MONEY”! 🧺

Common CENTS…LOAD for load, you’ll always CASH IN with energy-efficient washers and dryers…And that’s no FABRICation…So ALLicia and PERSILville saved…LOADS OF MONEY…And with another easy, breezy, cut and DRY solve…we definitely CLEANed up here today…

…And check out those unbelievably neatly folded shirts…I’m sure that must inCREASE PERSILville’s worth in his wife’s eyes…

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe… And this puzzle reminded me of a friend of mine who when he was in college often found himself short of money, with hardly enough to TIDE him over. He said there’d be times when he’d have to choose between buying laundry detergent or eating breakfast…It was either ALL or muffin…🧺🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤷🏻‍♂️They were determined to FULLY STOMP out every STRAND of inaccuracy in the system that was causing them to lose LOADS OF MONEY over production of the WOODEN statues…🤷🏻‍♂️

🤦🏻‍♀️ Each STRAND of hair so damaged…how did it get so bad,
She should have tried to STOMP out urges to follow every fad…
She’s understanding FULLY now with WOODEN-like split ends,
That she def used poor judgement trying to keep up with trends…
Perhaps she’ll try to correct it…shampoo with milk and honey?
Or will that just add to her plight of spending LOADS OF MONEY? 🤦🏻‍♀️

  3. What a complete thirst quencher ! All the anagrams were there and the jumble with laundry and saving money was LOADS OF MONEY ! Very nice one today on thirsty Thursday Four days before Christmas and I hope everyone has a merry day ! And Angela , that song was originally about the leader of the pack , right ? About a motorcycle or a spin-cycle ?

  4. Half a blind solve ( I know…that’s not worth anything), but initially thought it was LOADS and LOADS, but of course, second word only had two letters. So…unscrambled anagrams without difficulty for the quick solve. As always, an excellent, informative post…with a funny joke at the end. Enjoy your Thirsty Thursday !! Terry

    • Thirsty Thursday is a new one for me, thanks for sharing.Have a Happy Thirsty Thursday to you too.Chuck.

  5. Posted just a minute ago, but tossed out as they say it was a duplicate comment. Oh well….half a blind solve with LOADS and solved anagrams to finish up. Funny joke, Angela…Enjoy your Thirsty Thursday. Terry

    • Looks like another Word Press quirk, Terry…since you can see that both comments posted. I’ve given up trying to figure out what makes them tick. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And tks again…🧺🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. Good morning. The boys making these up lately must be in the Christmas spirit as they have been easy all week. Another no- brainer. The cartoon answer at first was loads of cash then I realized I needed another letter which lead to money for the solve. Another first hearing that take off of leader of the pack. It certainly was a novelty number. They don’t do it justice but it was interesting. Until tomorrow take care.

  7. Wooden had me stumped for awhile, but having solved it, the cartoon then was a quick solve!
    Chuck.
