What a treat for a Monday morning…a blind solve and a song from the great American Songbook. My first look at the puzzle gave me TO A…and I could figure out nothing. Then, I reached out to grab IN A…and the NUTSHELL came in a split second. Angela, we’ve had this song before…and it’s always so delightful….and I don’t particularly like squirrels, either !!

The words were easy and after staring at the cartoon for a couple of minutes I was about to put the letters down and the answer came to me for a blind solve. Good morning Monday , start of the week ! I am a little disappointed in myself for being a little lazy on two of the anagrams ! I felt like I was stuck on PUBLIC sand LAGOON , but I think I was just being lazy ! But the other two were there ! Now the jumble , I put my thinking cap on and said it’s wanting a ‘saying’ after the explanation of acorns being oak tree seeds . So I looked at the letters and tried words that were associated and it came out , IN A NUTSHELL ! I was happy ! And Nat King Cole couldn’t have sang it better ! Good choice Angela ! Everyone have a great start of the week Monday !
