    🐧 A DINKY little piece of ice is all they’re standing on,
    A SWIVEL here, a swivel there…and that too shall be gone…
    Still cool enough for GUMBO, a dish would hit the spot,
    They’d catch some fish to make it…but right now their nerves are shot…
    They TACKLE Global Warming…is it possible they’ll drown?
    These penguins they are none too pleased…they’re having a MELTDOWN!🐧

  3. 🤷🏻‍♀️Trying to TACKLE GUMBO again, without a MELTDOWN like the last time, she found that the handle on her DINKY old pot was starting to SWIVEL…and was glad she noticed it now before she began…🤷🏻‍♀️

    🤦🏻‍♀️The room was kind of DINKY, GUMBO music could be heard,
    It def would need an overhaul…right now it looked absurd…
    The SWIVEL stools seemed dangerous, unsteady as they moved,
    They’d need to TACKLE all the mess…yet no one was enthused
    Unsure if they should rent it…but they’d been all over town…
    It’s either this…a last resort…or a total MELTDOWN! 🤦🏻‍♀️

  4. Hello Monday , start of a new week ! This is Jim , and a typical fun Monday start of a new week of jumbles ! Today’s anagrams were laughing at me cause GUMBO couldn’t Jumbo ! And the third anagram , I couldn’t TACKEL ! But I did a SWIVEL and DINKY was not stinky ! Now the jumble was fun , but required me to study a lot ! I wrote down Wet , Towel , Model , and then DOWN and MELT came right to me ! It was a little work but really a lot of fun ! Ella Fitzgerald has a great voice , and that song was hot ! Good choice Angela ! So everyone have a great Monday , start of a new week !!!!

  5. Nice to wake up to a Blind Solve Monday….poor little Penguins !! Hope they’re waddling successfully in cooler waters. It’s always refreshing to find a song that hearkens back to classic Broadway musicals…in this case, Kiss Me Kate, penned by Cole Porter. Way to go, Angela. And YES on cooler heads prevailing !!!

  6. Good morning. This Monday did not disappoint me as I was able to get all the words fairly easy. No blind solve but once the letters were down I was able to solve it. Enjoyed your song choice Angela. Until tomorrow take care.

    But things are getting hot
    You see how we felt
    When we saw the ice melt
    See what climate change has brought!

    But what’s happening’s kin to disgrace…
    Ice melting all around,
    Getting penguin nerves wound…
    And the concern is with the melt’s pace…🐧

    🤷🏻‍♂️Global warming is taking a toll,
    And it limits the poor penguins stroll…
    They can’t go further south,
    So they’re standing about…
    Seeing what climate changes have stole…🤷🏻‍♂️

    🗣️Where before there were icebergs and peaks,
    Now it’s looking like they’re facing leaks…
    Ice is turning to slush,
    And these penguins can’t hush…
    But who’s hearing these poor penguins speak?🗣️

    🤦🏻‍♂️ We’ve had warnings ‘bout what would occur,
    But the powers to be can’t concur….
    We’ve deniers out there,
    With their devil may care…
    Attitudes… and the science they blur…🤦🏻‍♂️

    🙏🏻 So our penguins we see them today,
    On thin ice…and no pun do I say…
    Yes, it causes outrage,
    ‘Gainst those not on the page…
    Will they wake up? We only can pray…🙏🏻
