Good Morning, Everyone..🐦 LOOKS LIKE THERE’S NO PUNCHING THAT SNOOZE BUTTON WITH THIS GROUP! 🐦
🎶 Like that old CLOCK on the wall that keeps ticking night and day…🎶 “That Old Clock On The Wall” – Mr Dean Martin (circa) 1966 https://tinyurl.com/y46ecu4h
🐦 A dedicated crew for sure, earning that WEEKLY check,
Attendance is impeccable, it’s always hands on deck…
No kids with COLIC, or the flu have kept this bunch at home,
No SMOKER on the staff…one could run through a fine-tooth comb…
And Nick, who plays the KAZOO, set examples for the rest,
Never been late, in 15 years…he makes sure that it’s stressed
An easy job for the man hired to be the payroll clerk…
His entries few, because this crew, is running LIKE CLOCKWORK! 🐦
Ok…This one took no TIME at all…
Today…A “TIMEpiece” Factory….note the word CLOCK isn’t used, where they specialize in WORKing on Cuckoo Clocks…And between our question, our dialogue, and our cartoon showing Sam CLOCKing in at 8:55, it’s as clear as the nose on one’s FACE, that we’re being told that these employees are never late…They arrived each morning…LIKE CLOCKWORK… https://tinyurl.com/mrv2rnwf and there’s our solve! And we’ve TICKED off another easy, breezy puzzle!
Jeff’s Gems…The company’s logo, showing on everyone’s shirt, is the face of a clock, reading 12…There’s 2 Cuckoo Clocks being assembled by Nick and Nora, with all the inner WORKings laid out, lying besides screwdrivers. And if you look real closely, you can see the 2 tiny birds amongst it all. And that time clock? It’s in the shape of a Cuckoo Clock! I tell ya, Jeff’s whimsy gets me every TIME! …Oh…and then, of course….There’s that old clock on the wall…
So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And I’ll leave you with this Cuckoo Clock humor…
Mick, from Dublin, appeared on ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ and was ahead 500,000 euros. With only one life-line left, phone a friend, he was asked if he’d like to try for the Grand Prize of 1 Million euros. “Sure,” said Mick. “I’ll have a go at it…””Ok..Which of the following birds does NOT build its own nest?: a) Sparrow b) Thrush c) Magpie, or d) Cuckoo?” Mick, not having a clue, phones his friend Paddy, and repeats the question to him. “Bejesus, Mick!” cried Paddy. “Dat’s simple, it’s a cuckoo.” “Are you sure?”…”Yes, I’m sure.”…Mick hangs up, and says, “I’ll go with cuckoo as my answer.”“…”Final answer”? he’s asked…”Dat it is” says Mick…There was a long, pause and then the presenter screamed, “Cuckoo is the correct answer! Mick, you’ve won 1 million euros!” And the next night, Mick went round to Paddy’s to buy him a drink. “Tell me, Paddy? How in Heaven’s name did you know it was da cuckoo that doesn’t build its own nest?”…Paddy shrugs and days, “Simple… he lives in a clock!”🎤 And my WORK here is done…🐦🙋🏻♀️

🤷🏻♂️ While their gatherings had always been scheduled LIKE CLOCKWORK,, the WEEKLY meeting of the KAZOO players was postponed for the first time, since the one member who was still a SMOKER had a child very sick with COLIC…🤷🏻♂️
🤦🏻♂️ He ran a WEEKLY newspaper, but editing did lack,
An article ‘bout Colin Jones, read “COLIC Jones is back”…
A man on staff, a SMOKER, wrote about the local zoo,
Meant to phrase “OK, Zoo”…but instead the print read KAZOO…
He really needs a proofreader…whose diligence won’t shirk…
Because right now the paper’s hardly running LIKE CLOCKWORK! 🤦🏻♂️

Took the weekend off , but now I’m ‘ Jim ‘ is back and what a way to start it off ! Two anagrams made me think of COLIC and I’m gonna remind myself WEEKLY to think and try a little harder for those two anagrams ! So I’ll just get my KAZOO out and play it near the SMOKER outside ! The jumble , with working at the timepiece factory , without mentioning a CLOCK , was right there with that old saying , LIKE CLOCKWORK ! Good Monday start of a new week jumble ! Angela ! I have always liked to hear mr Martin , I think his voice is very professional and good singing ! And a great song choice ! Also your clock humor about cookoo birds living in the clock , or was it insects , tik and tok ? Very funny ! Everyone have a great start of the month ! This is Jim !

👍🏻When you’re working at something you love,
It’s a fit kin to hand into glove…
And this group that we see,
Def avoids the ennui…
Clocking in on time…push comes to shove..👍🏻
🐦 Cuckoo clocks are what they’re paid to make,
And they know that precision’s at stake…
So their punctual air,
Tends to make it quite clear…
That to them as a job it’s pure jake…🐦
⏰ Camaraderie pays a big part,
And this crew was shown right from the start…
That to clock in on time,
Ensures things run a’chime…
Working hard’s not the key…it’s work smart! ⏰
👍🏻 The old hickory, dickory dock,
Used to teach little ones to take stock…
Is the battle cry here,
As they each do adhere…
To working in tune…as a clock! 👍🏻
👏🏻👏🏻 Here’s to the success our group has earned,
Conscientiousness the lesson learned….
And as the years go by,
And we see how time flies…
It’s def kudos to all those concerned! 👏🏻👏🏻
