    🔧 He always did EXCEL at this, not much EFFORT did it take,
    To toy around with different things whenever they might break…
    He’d crawl into tight spaces, like a FELINE he would move,
    Repairing things came naturally…and he’d be in his groove
    He DIMLY recalls leaner days…when forced to work for crumbs…
    But now he’s living comfortably on a good FIXED INCOME! 🔧

    Boy…TORQUE about a friend in need…With the cost of new appliances today, how lucky is our couple to know a guy like this? Some repairmen, mere TOOLS, would DRAIN you DRY…and just look to BOLT out of there…

    So…Today we see our couple, Hi and Sho (short for Shoshanna) US, beaming brightly after having their washer repaired. Luckily, the Us’s know BILL T. LAST, a neighborhood repairman who always earned an INCOME FIXing things, and who’s more than happy to help them with their gut-WRENCHing dilemma. Having gotten their appliance running as good as new, he SHAKES off their attempt to pay him…telling them he’s fortunate enough to have HAMMERed out a nice living for himself, and he’s NUT looking to be paid, since he doesn’t need their money. WATER you know…Good old Bill…RETIRED, on a FIXED INCOME, https://tinyurl.com/29wz9545 and not looking to SCREW anybody…As I said earlier, don’t we all WASH we knew a guy like this?

    So..There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…and I’ll leave you with a little repairman humor…A man called a repairman to fix his doorbell. Two hours later he’s still waiting…He calls again and asks,”Where are you’? The repairman answers,.,”I was there. I rang been your bell for twenty minutes straight and you didn’t answer”!…Thank God for men like Bill…🔧🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🤦🏻‍♂️With the electricity being turned off, the result of a poorly-managed FIXED IMCOME, he was forced to search for the FELINE in the DIMLY-lit room, and realized that chances were he wouldn’t EXCEL at his EFFORT…🤦🏻‍♂️

    🤦🏻‍♀️ FELINE movements in the costume were a real EFFORT to make,
    And she’s DIMLY sensing the start of a terrible backache…
    She doubts that she’ll EXCEL at this…the idea now sounds dumb…
    To perform at a kid’s party…supplementing FIXED INCOME! 🤦🏻‍♀️

  4. Hello Monday ! I love Mondays ! I got all the anagrams and ironically , the one that gave me the EFFORT , made me work for it ! But I had to EXCEL and I didn’t very DIMLY , so I told our FELINE cat about it ! Great jumble about a handyman who always fixes things , that’s the one word that came quick was INCOME and FIXED was left ! Very nice one ! Angela , I love that song by Dionne Warwick ! This has been a great day ! Everyone have a great Monday !!!!!!!

  6. Thought the first word might be EXTRA, so that threw me off a moment. Started into anagrams and saw the solution right away. So all in all, a successful Monday solve. Great melody to start the day off…and of course, the lyrics are oh so special. Nice joke.

      • Solved 2/4…then saw the Ted Lasso, Mr. Rogers and Bruno Mars, but couldn’t get the fourth. And same with the 4th group. There were 5 possibilities and couldn’t get right combo. Congrats, of course…to you !! Glad you’re a part of that puzzle game now.

  8. Good morning. Wow, gotta give you a shout out right away Angela for that great music video. It was really enjoyable and the group was so young there. Looks like they had a blast going it. I did excel with very little effort on the words this morning or were they that easy?. Took some time but finally got the cartoon answer. Until tomorrow take care.

  9. Yesterday’s puzzle was really hard. Today’s was a little harder than the usual Monday puzzle. I figured that FIX was in one of the words, bit it took a while to find INCOME.

  10. A strikeout on the cartoon with not a clue despite having solved the anagrams and having all the letters. I thought the first word was money but I had no Y to work with for that word! Well tomorrow’s another day.
