    🏥 It’s red tape, not the YELLOW that oft times can drive you nuts,
    You HUDDLE ‘neath the blanket…dreading hearing…ifs, ands, buts…
    But PRIOR to your treatment, there are tests that need be done
    And you hope the one to CARRY things out gets them smoothly run
    Our girl today has lucked out…it looks she may be home free…
    She’s being tended to by the most ORDERLY ORDERLY! 🏥

    Medical care…A lot’s changed since the pandemic….And unfortunately many of our health care workers may never fully RECOVER from the toll it’s taken…The results? A lot of short-STAPHing…So being admitted to a hospital nowadays can really be APPENDIX the neck…But today it looks like our girl, MALADY, I mean Melody is in GOOD HANDS …ALL (things) STATEd …and her stay may not be such a bitter PILL TO SWALLOW after all…

    So…In the hallway of a local hospital, amidst an atmosphere where hurry up and wait is a familiar refrain, today it looks like we’ve come across someone who seems to PULL some MUSCLE…and we find that Melody, our patient has struck GALL. STONE, the personable, PATIENT, dedicated hospital ORDERLY has her feeling ever so grateful. She was so worried that her NERVES might be TESTED along with everything else, but she KNEEdn’t have been…Stone’s confident, methodical, https://tinyurl.com/prr5vttn caring and PRECISE https://tinyurl.com/295k2dxe bedside manner has put her at ease…and it looks like with him being so organized https://tinyurl.com/muevp59z things will be smooth sAILING today…Stone’s definitely the TYPE O person who beLUNGS in a hospital…And being HIP to everything that’s going on, they’d be hard pressed to find a REPLACEMENT for him… He’s gotten everything in ORDER, this ORDERLY ORDERLY… https://tinyurl.com/42atsymd …including lunch…And how nEAT is that?…So bottom line here today? All new meaning to getting BLOOD from a Stone…And solving this one was definitely not in VEIN…As long as you listened VARICOSEly to the dialogue, there was no way to SLIP up with DISC one…

    So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. BE WELL, be kind, stay safe… And this puzzle reminds me of a friend of mine who was experiencing some shortness of breath and went to see his doctor right away since his wedding was coming up soon. The doctor immediately said that he might have marriage phobia..and asked if he thought he had any other symptoms…My friend said…”I can’t say I do.”…And the doctor said, “Yep…there you go”… Anyway…If you do find yourself in a hospital…bored waiting around to be seen…and decide to play Hide and Seek…it’s a good bet to stay out of the ICU…🏥 🙋🏻‍♀️

    It’s a good idea to run some tests…

    Though your fear you can’t hide…

    Her nerves calm down a bit,

  5. I was hoping that I would ever see a Monday that I couldn’t get , but today it happened ! And yes I read the dialogue VARICOSEly ! Well , this one was out of ORDERly ! And one anagram I couldn’t get was YELLOW , not LOWLEY ! Wasn’t even sure of the spelling , but the color made me red ! Not a good start today ! I hope the rest of the week helps out ! Everyone have a great Monday !!!!!!!

  6. Sometimes I can catch on !!! and today was one of those days whereby there were two words of the same length in the puzzle cartoon, and just maybe, they were the same (as has been in the past). I immediately thought of an ORDERLY and the light bulb came on for a blind solve. Solving the anagrams, I, too, had trouble with YELLOW, but finally got it. Nice way to start a Monday. See you at the Taco Truck on Tuesday.

  7. Good morning. Maybe because yesterday I never got my newspaper but today was a breeze. I couldn’t believe all the words for me were so easy. Not a blind solve but again done quickly because of the double letters. Bring on tomorrow. Until then, take care.

Double letters galore with a letter repeated in each anagram w the ‘R’ occurring twice in prior and carry, the ‘D’ repeated in huddle and the ‘L’ repeated in yellow.Then the cartoon has the whole word repeated in the solution.It was a quick blind obvious solve of the cartoon on this Monday morning.
