  1. Good Morning, Everyone… 5️⃣0️⃣ IT MAKES CENTS! 5️⃣0️⃣

    🎶…We flip a coin to see who’s right…HEADS you win…TAILS I lose…🎶 “Heads You Win, Tails I Lose” – The Beach Boys 1962 https://tinyurl.com/25zhxuf4

5️⃣0️⃣ It’s done at every Football game..it’s not an ANNUAL thing,
Without it they don’t start to play…can’t BYPASS what it brings…
A SWIFT flip of the coin is made, the Ref says, “Make your call”…
(And TOOTH is on the sidelines here…today it takes the fall)…
It’s etched in stone, the outcome…Heads or Tails…the Ref says, “Yup…
    Flipping a coin…the bottom line…Yes, IT WAS A TOSS-UP…5️⃣0️⃣

Really nothing to add to this GAME, Folks…No need to TOSS words around…You flip a coin…You TOSS it UP …and it can only be one of two things…Heads or Tails…And here today, as always..lT WAS A TOSS-UP… https://tinyurl.com/rx855ytm

…Jeff’s Gem? If you look real closely, at left there’s a blimp in the sky reading…”Free Jumble App”. And a possible Gem…These jersey numbers? …Flipping a coin puts your chances of heads or tails at 50%. Our Captains are standing at the 50 yard line. One jersey # is 1…and since there can’t be a #100 jersey, did Jeff picked the next closest #, which is 99? 🤷🏻‍♀️…And by adding them together…you get yourself the 50-50 chance they both have? Hmm…Go DEEP…

So..There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And I’m thinking about my cousin’s dog who accidentally swallowed a COIN….so far NO CHANGE is expected…5️⃣0️⃣🙋🏻‍♀️

Thoughts and prayers to all our readers in the paths of the storms sweeping our country…🙏🏻

    I STAND WITH UKRAINE 💔🇺🇦

  2. 🤷🏻‍♂️They were fighting TOOTH and nail to BYPASS the ANNUAL nominations until they had a SWIFT resolution to the outstanding issues…so right now IT WAS A TOSS-UP…🤷🏻‍♂️

🦷 The Father gave a SWIFT pull, the child’s TOOTH came loose,
It seemed to be an ANNUAL thing tween Dad and little Bruce…
But now to BYPASS the request that the Tooth Fairy bring,
A twenty dollar bill…for Dad thought that an absurd thing…
These kids today are something else…they look to fill big cups…
But Dad is definitely thinking no way IT WAS A TOSS-UP! 🦷

  3. Very difficult jumble to put together ! The anagrams came as smooth as flipping a coin , but the jumble , I couldn’t get heads or tails , too many words and a tough one ! So heads , I solved it , tails , I looked it up ! TAILS ! And then I knew IT WAS A TOSS UP ! Everyone have a nice Saturday weekend !!!!

  4. There was no tossing and turning (I wonder how many readers are going to use those words in describing their Saturday Jumbling experience) in my brain over today’s Jumble cartoon answer. As said before, phrases seem so much easier on the brain….rather than one long word. That said, it was a pretty easy blind solve….Looked like it might start with IT WAS A and that helped. Easy anagrams to boot made this a nice start to the weekend. Now, must go back listen to the song…don’t think that one is on my Beach Boy’s list…and also go over Angela’s gems she has pointed out. Happy Holidays

  5. Indeed a ‘swift’ solve of all , even though being a Saturday and no real papers, I had to access the puzzle online. Even a quick solve of the multi word cartoon, though the answer could have been “it was a coin flip” as well as the “it was a toss up “ solution”.
    Indeed an easy Saturday!

  6. With that innocuous coin in hand,
Flip it – how it will land?
    It’s really just chance
So you’d best make a stance
Make sure the game goes just as you planned!

Never place too much importance on the toss of a coin. As a tennis player, I don’t worry if the toss lets the opponent choose side or service. Adjust and get on with the game!

  7. Good afternoon. I got tired of waiting for the paper and decided to do a few errands earlier rather than later. This was an easy one today. No blind solve but quickly solved the cartoon answer. Heard many of The Beach Boys songs but never this one. I’m wondering if it was a regional thing. Songs played in other states that others rarely hear. Enjoyed your post as always Angela. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • Good Afternoon, Paul. Thank you…The song was on their ‘62 album, “Surfin’ Safari”. It might not have been released as a 45. I know it from the album. Be well, and stay safe out there…🙋🏻‍♀️
