I was hoping the weeks jumbles would continue fun and entertaining , but as usual Friday ended that for me ! I got all the anagrams but the jumble had me singing jimmy , jimmy , coconut ! Agreed with Angela….a pretty easy blind solve this morning. Yes, that palm tree stood out like a sore thumb. Then I tackled the anagrams and paused big time on ORATOR. Initially, thought last word was FEMALE, but needed the M for the puzzle solve, so had to go back and re-unscramble that word. The song??….straight out of a Bahama’s cruise stop !!! See you Saturday.

Good morning. And the failures keep coming. I had to look up Orator and even the meaning, for it was a new word for me. That’s something I was never accused of, not with this Brooklyn accent. The cartoon answer was another story. Seeing the palm leaves and her had so visible gave me the first word. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.
Well, this is not really my type of palm
But I’ll give it my usual exam
I’ll check every line
To try to divine
And put to rest every qualm!
I predict this tree will bear fruit
Next year you’ll see the buds shoot
Some fine coconut milk
So smooth, just like silk
So be patient and stay resolute!
After pausing on proud and aflame a quick solve of the cartoon followed though I was originally thinking tree for the 4 letter word rather than palm but seeing tree in the cartoon I realized tree wouldn’t also be in the answer.
Struggled with orator and I also first saw aflame as female. Cartoon answer was easy and clever too. Have a Good Friday all!
