    🐊 The navigation’s hard enough…but now the ODDEST thing,
    This alligator feels the CRIMP of someone moving in…
    He’d GLADLY let him go around, if he just wouldn’t LATCH,
    Onto his tail end as he is…this guy needs to detach…
    The Everglades just not the place to these annoyances cater…
    And he’s hoping to get away from this way close “TAIL-GATOR”! 🐊

    Tailgating. Unfortunately no, not the party…

    So…Today we’re in the Everglades. And even without the obvious illustration, giving us the TAIL END of this one…the dialogue “following TOO CLOSELY”, the repeating of it in our question and the way too obvious avoidance of its name in referencing the creature…“Everglades REPTILE”, all joined to make this one was definitely easy pickins’. …The encroaching ALLIGATOR was a …”TAIL-GATOR”!

    And the Gem? If you look real closely, you’ll see that the culprit is clutching a cell phone…Aha! …No wonder he’s distracted…Texting while driving? A sad TAIL, indeed…

  3. 🙇🏻‍♂️The annoying TAILGATER definitely put a CRIMP in the motorist’s style, as he found himself forced to LATCH onto the wheel…the ODDEST feeling…and he would GLADLY welcome him going around…💁🏻‍♂️

    🤦🏻‍♀️ She wanted a CRIMP in her hair…to the hot iron she’d LATCH,
    She’d GLADLY welcome curly hair, but hardly was a match…
    She had the ODDEST feeling though that she was off the mark,
    And she was in a terrible rush to get out to the park…
    She did her best and left the house…but now feels she’ll be later…
    Than she had thought because she’s dealing with a damn TAILGATER! 🤦🏻‍♀️

  5. Good morning taco-Tuesday, and what a way to enjoy some tacos than with the very fun and entertaining jumble ! Had no problem with the anagrams ! They went GLADLY for me to LATCH on and CRIMP then , and not even in the ODDEST way ! When I read the reptile (alligator) was following too close behind the jumble of a TAIL GATOR came right out ! It was a fun taco-Tuesday ! So everyone eat some tacos and have a great Tuesday !!!

  6. Very fun and clever Tuesday Jumble. That tail sticking up made for an obvious answer and a blind solve appeared. Easy anagrams followed. Also a cute song, Angela. Must now go back and check out that gator’s’ cell phone….see which brand can take the abuse of swamp living !!!

    Crossing bodies of water quite deep…
    But they cherish their space,
    In the swamp’s no rat race…
    So some distance is what one need keep! 🐊

    📱In the Everglades Gators abound,
    And it looks like tailgating is found…
    But we see that the cause,
    All comes down to …because…
    There’s a cell phone and fooling around! 📱

    Classified wild and true to the name…

    The everglades are really for flopping
    But it seems that things are a-hopping
    That gator determined to follow
    Should be content just to wallow
    Hope he’s not faced with sudden stopping!
