Our wolf today didn’t expect for things to be so rough…
And so defeated he turned tail…and just LEFT IN A HUFF! 🐺
SOW… I’m wondering if some readers might be a little taken a BABY BACK, I mean aback at the tone of our dialogue today. Yes, it may sound a little FRESH to some, BUTT c’mon…you all know that Jeff’s just HAMming it up…And anyway, the story itself? Definitely not all HOGS and kisses…

And I’m sure you all know the story…We got straw, we got sticks…we got lazy pigs, we got chins in need of a shave, we got housing development, we got a lot of HUFFing and puffing…and we got some major vandalism. But then…LARD and behold…we got the Brick House! BACON those pigs as happy as pigs in…well…you know. And as we can see from our question there was no BACON this house fall…And the Wolf, growing BOARed and annoyed at HOWL hard a time he was having…decided he may as well just high TALE it out of there…and he LEFT IN A HUFF!
BUTT the part about the sick old lady? I don’t know. I mean I didn’t EGGSactly see RED over it, and I know Jeff wouldn’t intentionally HOODwink us, but I just never took to that fairy tale. The pigs I could DIGEST, but I always thought…how HAM I supposed to get past the sick Grandma? IDK…It just always left a bad taste in my mouth…
Anyway…the Gems? If you look off to the right, you can see the remnants of the straw and stick houses…(which now don’t amount to a hill of PORK and beans)…and the reason for the pig collab-BOAR-ation. We see all three brothers now safe and GROUND in the brick house, taunting the Wolf, calling him a blow hard, with one sticking his tongue out at him…And there’s a welcome mat at the door, plus a gnome lying on its side. All in all? No place like gnome…
SOW…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe, beware of strangers…and today’s puzzle puts me in mind of a book about pig anatomy that I read awhile back. It was pretty straightforward…until I found a twist in the tale…🐺🐷🙋🏻♀️

He had to VERIFY how many were boarding the boat…
They offered a light meal of hors d’oeuvres and some ice cold FRUIT,
And once the first man took some food, the others followed suit…
All things were going very well…until some guy with guff…
Annoyed the crew…and told to go…he then LEFT IN A HUFF…⛴
🐷 The pigs they were out on their own,
Mama Pig felt that now they were grown…
Two didn’t fare well,
But the third you could tell…
The right lesson this one had known…🐷

Have some pork for a week at the least…

Disregarded ennui…
And was able the wolf to deter! 🐷

Welcome back Monday ! A very fun jumble ! This one was the FRUIT of all labor and it kept me AFLOAT ! I did have to send out my HOUND to get one word , so I was able to VERIFY it ! Too bad Mr. wolf that you could not blow the pigs house down ! You must have LEFT IN A HUFF and forget about the ‘ puff ‘ ! Angela , I loved your song ! And I agree about the little old lady having a place in this story ! Well everyone enjoy a new start of the week !

I haven’t “LEFT IN A HUFF”, I’m so happy we are back to the beginning of the week – it always starts the week off on a happy note because the puzzles are fun, a little challenging and very clever ! Just to “VERIFY” the “FRUIT” “AFLOAT” were fresh blueberries – in the shape of a “HOUND” ? Maybe ? ? Until tomorrow -everyone have a sunny and fun day !
