Ok…My first thought…THAT’S THE SPIRIT. Let’s face it, Folks…you can SEE RIGHT THROUGH this one…Easy, breezy. My second thought…this TV show that began AIRing last year. Kind of a DEAD ringer. This young couple from NY inherit an old country house, and it comes complete with Ghosts. And a very diversified, motley crew they are, just like the one we see here today. I mean no one’s HAUNTINGly beautiful or anything, but there are quite a few high-SPIRITed SOULS…And it’s named, aptly enough, “Ghosts”. https://tinyurl.com/yc8wj8sr I’m not sure how I came to DRIFT upon it, but I have seen a few episodes. It’s different…well-written, IMO, with witty innuendo-laden dialogue. Yes, some of it is kind of GHOULish, but it’s good to laugh… I’m kind of on the fence about it…it’s not on my “must SEE” list, more like a FLY by night sort of show, yet it is interesting…But I digress…
So…Neighborhood bar, a regular, AL COHOL, supposedly drinking alone. Good morning Wednesday hump-day ! Wow ! Todays jumble was a good one , but I felt like the bases were loaded , and 2 outs in the ninth INNING ! I had a few “guess-ideas” that needed a HOIST to complete them ! I was still a little cold , so I put on my PARKA a and got my TRUSTY “look up the answer-hat” and got it ! And THATS THE SPIRIT ! I saw It’s, at, thirst , to no avail ! So the jumble was not a 🎵 Casper , the friendly ghost 🎵 and Angela , I loved your song ! I still listen to mr Tommy James & the shondells ! This Jumble reminds me of Google Translate a decade or so ago. It would translate “catch the spirit” into Spanish as “coja el alcohol”.
