  1. Good morning. Another fine outcome and all this before breakfast. Not as easy as yesterday but just a tad harder for me. The only word I thought might be wrong was Untold but it checked out to be right. With those letters from the words the cartoon answer was simple to get even with the quotation marks. Until tomorrow stay well.

  2. Good Morning, Everyone. I hope this finds you well. 👮🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

👮🏻 Once they decided to ELOPE, they held an auction, and whatever was left UNSOLD, they donated to the local POLICE Department, to be spent on the ELDER segment of the community, the REEL PEOPLE of the area…👮🏻‍♂️

👰🏻 The idea of a big wedding, she still felt too UNSOLD,
Too many ELDER relatives, the weather would be cold…
And with them both now Rookies, the POLICE work on their minds,
They just chose to ELOPE instead, and there would be no binds…
Complaints for sure they’d probably hear…they went ahead ‘cause still
True to themselves they’d stay for sure, they’d be the REEL PEOPLE…🤵🏻

  3. With elder and elope, the e’s were wild so to speak. With the fishermen, reel was a given, quickly followed by the “reel” people solution. In these times of unrest involving the police, police was an interesting anagram solution.Have a great day.

    • Hi Professor, Good Morning. Keep in mind that these puzzles are submitted at least 5-6 weeks prior to publication; so when David chose Police as one of his words, we had yet to experience any of the unfortunate unrest that broke out at the end of May. Be well, Prof, stay safe out there…🤖🙋🏻‍♀️

    • Hey Chuck. You know, when I read your comment, at first I was SMH, and thought you posted here by mistake. But then the bell went off…The old TV show…You’re too funny…but good connection. I don’t really remember it all that well, but I found this. I had to laugh reading how novel it was at the time…”Reality” TV! Now it seems like that’s all we have, right? Anyway, I’m trying to find the theme song for you but I’m striking out so far…I’ll look again…📺🙋🏻‍♀️

    • Chuck…Check this clip out. I think it’s as close are we’re gonna get. The beginning and the end are pretty clear as far as the theme went. I’m still coming up empty though with anything of the song intact..🤷🏻‍♀️

  4. I was reeling with all those e’s this morning. However, everything fell into place nicely so it was a successful day. Have a good one fellow Jumblers.

  5. Hi all – Well, that was pretty much an instant solve, helped by the UN trick to see UNSOLD. Funny that “people” was in the answer, because that’s what I first saw in ELOPE.

Had to laugh at “can you even eat fish?” Catch and release!

    Good wishes to everyone.

    • Well said Steve. I also saw “people” in ELOPE which made the final solve effortless.

It’s funny that you mentioned catch & release because we went fishing on Tuesday and did just that. Although the bass weren’t biting, the sunfish near the dock never let the kids down. 🎣

      Happy Thursday!

    • Steve…Favor. I’m still FISHING around trying to find the theme to the Real People. Chuck said he can’t tell from the piece I posted…but that’s all I could find…a lot of lead-in promo voice-overs. But he does think I’m on the right track with the “rah-rah” sound. I’m really drawing a blank with the show, besides the name, but I did do a stretch where I didn’t watch any TV…and it was around that time…So…🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️Any help?

  6. You are such a sweetheart, Angela! If Steve doesn’t know, I think I’d better give up. The one episode I remember was about Terry Fox, a young Canadian who had lost his leg to cancer and was walking across Canada in 1980, to draw attention to this dreaded disease. Sarah Purcell walked a while with him, but Terry couldn’t finish. He died shortly afterwards and Sarah was shown crying on camera. Thanks for your help.

    • Hi Chuck. Thank you… I was able to find the episode you’re speaking of, but no more of the song except what we had before. A marching band of some sort…beginning and end….but that’s all I’ve got. Sorry I couldn’t find it for you…It’s usually possible to Google anything, but with this…no cigar! Unfortunately the clip’s a sad one, but it is what you remembered…and you have a good memory…I don’t remember the show at all. Anyway, we tried! Hope you’re having a good night, Chuck. Be well and stay safe out there…🙋🏻‍♀️
