  1. Good morning. Not that difficult today but was looking for another answer to the cartoon. Didn’t think it was befitting their brilliance. I kept looking for another answer. I almost wigged out. Until tomorrow stay well.

    • Good Morning, Paul. I’m with Caroline. Wigged Out is a winner! 👏🏻👏🏻But, COMB on…The answer? I have to disagree with you…I think it’s very clever. So I hope you don’t mind me saying that your evaluation may not be HAIR nor there! 😉 Be well, Brooklyn. Stay safe…🙋🏻‍♀️

      • Good morning once again. Lol Thank you Angela for you hair raising criticism. Don’t mind in the least bit. Its fun to see other people’s views each day. Although sometimes I scratch my head at what some views are. Thank goodness it’s not that often. Speaking of that, let’s get the barber shops open. The hair is getting so long I’ll be able to put it in a pony tail besides having full on mutton chops. Take care.

      • Hey Paul. I’m glad you know me well enough to know that I was just going for a little fun with the words. We can all use a laugh right now… And I see you’re on a roll today yourself. 👏🏻 As for the barber shops…I hope whatever progress we made doesn’t go down the drain now, with all this craziness going on in our boroughs…The social distancing definitely bit the dust…But your hair? I’m sure you look fine…and guaranteed there’s plenty of men out there who’d pay good money to be in your shoes.🎶..Let it grow…let it grow…let it grow…🎶. Be well, Brooklyn…stay safe. ✂️💈🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. Hi Everyone –
Wigged out – good one, Paul.
I was having trouble backing into SWNIEU, which made me think of Swine Flu, until I spotted the UN prefix.

  3. Good Morning, Everyone. I hope this finds you well….🙋🏻‍♀️
🦎 HE BAWLED when he realized that manning a Science Fair BOOTH that dealt with the DECAY going on at the nearest LAGOON was simply UNWISE…🦎

🤦🏻‍♂️ He’d never been to the LAGOON, he just felt it UNWISE,
He visioned kelp and wet creatures of each and every size…
He waited for her in their BOOTH…and hoped she’d understand
That seaweed and smells of DECAY would never be his brand…
Just then his phone rang and she said…”The reason that I called…
    I heard you’re bailing on me…” And hung up…And then HE BAWLED…🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. A little Jumble Trivia…
…As any diehard Jumble fan knows, we’ve had many a BALD-themed puzzle over the years. But something about todays kept gnawing at me, and I just couldn’t BRUSH it off. So I went searching and found it. January 1st, 2013. And I’m still looking for an image to show you, but just now a whole bunch of my old puzzles FELL OUT of a folder…and I can’t find it. It may not even be HAIR at all…I’m not sure. But according to my notes, that day it showed a couple in a bathroom, as today, with the woman peeking out from the shower telling her husband that he needs to get rid of his comb, which he’s seen holding. He, standing at the vanity, says something about having had it forever, and he’s no intention of doing so. The caption read: “Even though he no longer had a use for his comb, he wasn’t going to….”. And the solve was…PART WITH IT. No tears with that puzzle though…I guess that guy had already COMB to grips with his situation, and just took it all in STRAND…I mean stride…Anyway, I’m still COMBING thru my old files…and if it’s HAIR, I’ll be back with PART 2…👨🏻‍🦲🙋🏻‍♀️

  5. Easy one again today. I’m with Paul, the barber shops and hair salons can’t open up soon enough for me – July 13th here if all goes well. I’ll be first in line. Stay safe all.

  6. Hi all – Got the words, with the UN trick showing UNWISE and the double letter trick working on both the double O’s. Didn’t catch on to the answer until I wrote the letters.

Wow, that’s some *really* early Beatles in the video CLIP Mike! The only “lend me your comb” song I’ve heard of is Edd “Kookie” Byres and Connie Stevens:

That just seems like a very strange way to go bald – one last tuft that falls out all at once? Makes me wonder how weird he looked before that. 😂

    Good wishes to everyone.

“It was UNWISE to book a BOOTH at the LAGOON-side diner since the surrounding vegetation had really begun to DECAY.”

    • Hi Steve. It was either that or a video of Paul combing his hair for 14 seconds. I think I made the right choice! 😂

      But if you’re interested…..

      • No, you made the right choice! 😂 But there’s also Paul’s interlude in “A Day In The Life” – 🎵”Woke up, fell out of bed
        Dragged a comb across my head”🎵 🙋🏻‍♂️
