  1. Good Morning, Everyone…I hope this finds you well…
    🎶 You’re the TOP, you’re a Waldorf salad…You’re the TOP, you’re a Berlin ballad…You’re the nimble tread of the feet of Fred Astaire…You’re an O’Neal drama, you’re Whistler’s Mama, you’re camembert..🎶…“You’re The Top” – Miss Ella Fitzgerald 1956 https://tinyurl.com/y8l5zz3n

🧗🏻‍♀️A HIPPO being large and slow…today does not APPLY,
‘Cause here we’re talking fitness…nothing SPOTTY on the sly…
Our girl probably don’t NIBBLE on the greasy fatty snacks,
The good fit of her “J” shirt tells us she shuns snack attacks…
She’s way ahead of her guy here…from him she can escape
There’s no denying her prowess…she’s def IN TIP-TOP SHAPE! 🧗🏻‍♀️

Ok..So…what’s the deal? Mountains on 05/01, mountains on 05/02…and now…mountains again? A pretty tall order, no? I mean I know David enjoys hiking, but…Hmm…maybe it’s just a climb of passion, huh?

Anyway, today’s puzzle seemed so familiar, so I’d hike to share with you.. Oh, did I say hike? Sorry, you know I meant like! The words SUMMIT and TOP were ringing bells, so I went searching the Archives, and I came across this from 07/17/2017… https://tinyurl.com/ybx9dgtz Answer? FROM THE TOP…with SUMMIT mentioned in the question…Close, but definitely no cigar…But it kept gnawing at me, really PEAKing my interest, so I dug a little deeper…and this time I hit the Mother Lode! From 02/13/2017… https://tinyurl.com/y9f4gchn. Answer? IN TIP-TOP SHAPE! Go FIGURE…My HIGH hopes paid off!

…And this is why I aSPIRE to stay on TOP of things….And always pay attention to those gnawing little voices in my head! 😉 Be well, Everyone…and stay safe…🧗🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. Good morning. What is going on with this new format. I can’t seem to get to it as easy as it use to be. It’s confusing where to click and I wind up going back to days long passed. It’s not worth getting POd over. Now that I’m calm, just want to say that “Hump Day” should have been Monday because it was easy breezy. No hesitation on the words and the cartoon answer was an instant solved. With this new format since Sunday I don’t think I saw anything from Angela or Mike. Hope you guys are in good health as well as all you readers. Until tomorrow stay well.

  3. 🦏 Not sure if he should APPLY for the position at the Zoo, considering that his SPOTTY track record after the HIPPO incident didn’t exactly place him IN TIP-TOP SHAPE as far as reliability went, he took a NIBBLE out of his sandwich while he mulled it over…🦏

🩺 He sat looking at the HIPPO take a NIBBLE at its food
And his vision got all SPOTTY…and that definitely changed his mood…
He needed to APPLY himself and get his doctor visits set
He wasted so much time lately, he’s starting to regret…
There’s really no excuse he thought, now looking at the apes…
He needs to get himself again feeling IN TIP-TOP SHAPE 🩺

  4. I recalled the hippo anagram, and the cartoon solution of ” tip top shape” was an instant blind solve, without even looking at the available letters.Maybe I was just recalling the old “in tip top shape ” solution.

  5. Hi all – This was a rare one where I could get all four words quickly using the double letter trick, and the answer jumped out from the dialog.

“Climb of passion” is a good one Angela!

    Good wishes to everyone.

“The zoo learned to APPLY good economic principles by feeding the HIPPO all their leftover SPOTTY bananas since he’d do a lot more than just NIBBLE on them.”

(Just FYI, I’m not seeing any difference in the format at all whether I get to the puzzle from the daily email or from Jumbleanswer.com)
