  1. Good morning. This was not a typical Monday jumble however, I haven’t had this much satisfaction in a long time. My choice for hardest word is Podium. I couldn’t come up with that for the longest time so I went to the cartoon. After a brief moment I was sure I had the answer and knowing that I needed UPD I finally solved the third word. A clever finish and best feeling of accomplishment in awhile. Until tomorrow stay well.

  2. I did the same thing as Paul.Given the circle in the cartoon,I knew around was the 6 letter word, and the puzzle solution would be ” up and around”, so having had the other 3 anagrams, and needing the u,p,and d, I could work backwards to the podium solve.Today is Patriots Day in Boston, and would have been the Boston Marathon, but not this year.

  3. Hi all – Pretty easy Monday puzzle today. The IUM didn’t give an element as it often does but showed PODIUM right away. “Shape” was used in the dialog, so that left ROUND which led to the answer.

Haven’t we heard before that this character is a knight of the Round Table – Sir Cumference?

    Good wishes to everyone.

“From his social graces they thought he was a DUNCE, but realized when he got to the PODIUM that they’d forgotten to FACTOR in his KNACK for higher mathematics.”
