Today we’re visiting a CANDY FACTORY, maybe somewhere on FIFTH AVENUE, and Jeff’s graphic gives us plenty to sink our teeth into! We see the host, dressed as a red and white PEPPERMINT CANDY MAN, complete with his HARD hat. Nice TWIST. He’s telling his audience, the GOODBARS, family of four, that the company was started because the owner loved candy. But since the Father, MR GOODBAR, MINT GOODBAR, is saying he thought there’d be “more” to the Factory’s story, it takes a big BITE out of the solution. We’re surrounded by Sweet Candy, the story is Short…It’s SHORT AND SWEET! HOT TAMALE! How SWEET is that? Ok, the eye CANDY! I’ve already mentioned Lucy and Ethel, and Jeff has embroidered their names on their shirts. They’re desperately trying to gain control of those chocolates. I go to PIECES every time I see that I Love Lucy episode! Just be TWIX you and I, I must have at least 50 views under my BELT! We see another worker, SCOOPing candy into a rotating machine. On the wall, is a photo of a Teddy Bear, a Candy Cane and a piece of Candy. Now, we come to our family. I guess it’s a BIT of a ROCKY ROAD for the Dad, he probably paid like 100 GRAND to get them all in, and it’s NUT thing like he expected. He’s thinking, “What WHOPPERS the ads for this place were”. The Mom, KIT KAT, seems to be taking it a lot BUTTER. FINGERS pointed upward, she seems pleased, U-NO? And now, the kids. BABY RUTH and JUNIOR MINT. Look at the JOY on that girls face! And why NUT? Her and her brother are looking at MOUNDS and MOUNDS of candy! And they’re free to go FISHing! She’s grabbing handfuls of those …WHAT-CHA-MA-CALL-ITs? Oh, right GUMMI BEARS, and he’s sucking on a CANDY CANE. He may need to take a FAST BREAK though, because it looks like he’s got STAR BURSTS in his eyes…Maybe he SKORed a little too much? Or maybe it’s because the Candy Canes are colored blue? Don’t SNICKER, they are! Anyway, I have to CHEWS, because it’s CRUNCH time. Almost AFTER EIGHT.! ..I’ll go with MR GOODBAR.
