Good Morning Everyone!     🏡 There’s No BUSINESS Like LOW BUSINESS! 🏡

🎶We went to the GRAND CANYON…And we stood at the expanse…And we watched the rocks change colors….And we watched the shadows dance. And we probably didn’t say anything as the sunset turned to night…We let the spirits do the talking with cascades of faded light…🎶

🏡 Whenever a SEASON changed from one to the other, it wasn’t just an OUTFIT she worried about; because listening to the media’s DRIVEL, hardly BENIGN, ALWAYS made her think that the Fashion Industry probably wasn’t the most HUMANE of careers…it was more like…YOU-mane-NOT! 🏡

What a morning! Here on Staten Island, NY, we’ve dropped 40°. It’s cold and we have a coastal flood warning in effect. The rains are coming, we’ll be STORMY. The morning news is STORMY…It’s just one of those days…But, the show must go on. So, how about our words? Did they have you CLIMBing the walls? Did they ROCK the boat? Did they leave you feeling STONE cold? Whatever you’re thinking, let’s just get to the BOTTOM of this puzzle…Our words today were perfect Sunday fare. Challenging. Maybe even tougher than the solution itself. Looking at the cartoon this morning, the answer came immediately. The word “open” in the dialogue and “Hotel” in the question just seemed to FORM the answer for me. But we had to get our words. And are they BUTTES! My TICS as the ROCKIEST? SEASON and DRIVEL. Drivel because it’s not the most common word, and Season because I believe the eye seems to go to the double S...and get Stuck…and ESS wrong! Ok, our cartoon. Phantom Ranch is a historic oasis nestled at the BOTTOM of GRAND CANYON. It is on the north side of the Colorado River tucked in beside Bright Angel Creek. This is what I found on-line, so I’m sharing it with you all. There’s a lot of info out there, so if it’s of interest to you, take a LOOK. For those of you who have visited GRAND CANYON , you know how breathtakingly beautiful it is. The cartoon, albeit accurately depicted, doesn’t do it much justice. But what can we expect? I’m sure Jeff went to the DEPTHS of his artistic ability with it, but let’s face it Folks, it’s an UPHILL CLIMB! It’s a WONDER he even gave us this much! We see the CANYON, and two female guides discussing the opening of the Hotel, which is seen at the BOTTOM. They’re dressed in uniFORM, and just as all new BUSINESS owners are, they appear to be excited about the GRAND opening. Our question asks what they were ready to do...GET DOWN TO BUSINESS…And there we have it! PLAIN and simple! Solved! Ok, eye candy…What can I say, Folks…nothing’s JUMPing out at me…And I’m really reaching DOWN into every NOOK and CREVICE of my addled mind too…Let’s just skip it for today…I may have hit ROCK BOTTOM!  Have a great day, Everyone! FYI: Today in Major League Baseball, we honor Jackie Robinson, in celebration of his historic career. All MLB players today wear his number, 42, on their jerseys in commemoration. With the weather being what it is, we may not all get to see our favorite teams play today, but just the same, it’s a great day in Baseball! RIP Jackie. We’re better for having known you! ⚾️🙋🏻
