Good morning and happy Wednesday!  The clue words all came instantly this morning despite being jumbled very well.  BICEPS would be my pick for the most challenging anagram if I was forced to choose.  Moving along to the cartoon, we are in an exam room where a Doctor is having a conversation with a patient.  The drawing spared the frills that we normally see and instead offered some very sage advice.  The key words that would have helped you solve this puzzle almost instantly were heart, risk, and avoid.  There was no need to write out the clue words today as I was able to visualize all of the circled letters and come up with the solution.
